I got this game on sale and I still feel like i was ripped off this game was just nothing to me tbh, there was nothing that interesting in any of the levels, the boss fights were over way too quickly (including the final boss), and the whole thing lasts as long as a bag of chips. I got bored after I beat the mars level so I never played the after-game stuff, but I imagine it wouldn't be that fun anyways. idk how to explain it but this game is like the Thick Of It of gaming

Environments are very sparse, beat core main game in under 1hr. You are better off with a free platformer on Steam. Sorry.
Alright, where do I begin? This game just isn't fun, plain and simple, running around and jumping just isn't... fun Not to say that a game like this can never be fun, there are many games that can prove me wrong here, the problem here is that the levels themselves give nothing for you to do. Sure, there's enemies you can kill and gems to collect, but, what's the point of doing that? You get zero reward for killing the enemies, they are literally just there to fill the atmosphere and if they were removed the game would just be the same, in fact, it might've be even more fun! The enemies are just there to waste your time, you can easily jump over them and just ignore that they're there, the only time your punching ability is useful is for the bosses and that's it Even the gems have no purpose as far as I know, the gems just exist, they are useless. There's not even a counter for how many gems you collected to make you feel satisfied for how many you've collected, the game knows this ...
I'll start with the positives: I think the sprite work and the music are really good. The creators did a nice job at encapsulating the feeling of playing a retro NES Capcom game. I also thought the controls were very smooth, and it was satisfying to run through levels and shoot enemies. Unfortunately, that's all the praise I have for this game. Apart from the bosses, there aren't many unique enemies here, essentially boiling down to green slimes, robots, and snowmen, and even then, the snowmen only appear for one stage. The bosses do add some variety, but feel way too easy. The worst offender being the snowman boss, in which you can just keep shooting it's body once it's in the corner, and it will keep taking knockback. So all you have to do is spam the fire button and you beat the level. The game is very short, as even on a casually first playthrough, I was able to roll through everything in 45 minutes. This would be fine, if not for its steep price. Normally, I wouldn't complain ...
haha funny robot go punch punch
pretty neat, nothing too special but i feel like it emulates games on the nes pretty well, not to mention the music which is pretty good. seeing as this is seemingly a first time game, well done! i wish you the best on your future endeavors :) would recommend
My only real issue with this game is that it's repetitive at times. Yeah the game is short and it feels a lot easier than it should be, however this game was made to be similar to the NES games that released in the 80s and 90s, and it fits the vibe perfectly. Fun fact too, you could actually get an NES ROM for this game on Itch.IO and play it on an NES too, which is what I want to try when I can.
