It's a charming little game. A lot of the difficulty is in controlling the fish, and that's fine, the same way it's fine in Getting Over it. There are some puzzles and and a narrative with side characters that make it compelling to continue. I think if anything is holding the game back, it's the $20 price tag for a genre that's not as popular in the current market, but I can tell there was a lot of love put in to the game and I think it's enjoyable enough to be a recommend.
