About This Game

A Horror FPS That Will Test Your Nerves.

You wake up in a world that has changed forever. A priest, obsessed with forbidden knowledge, performed a ritual that actually worked—opening the gates of hell and unleashing chaos. Now, survival is your only goal in a place where creatures and humans can no longer coexist.

Creatures everywhere

They could come from any direction. Stay alert, keep your weapons ready, and protect yourself at all costs.

A Haunting Atmosphere

Arming yourself won’t be enough. The dread runs deeper. The world is dark, tense, and filled with horrors that don’t care how prepared you are.

Every hallway, every shadow hides a threat—and sometimes, it’s not the creatures that scare you most.

Intense gameplay and boss fights

Face off against relentless enemies and terrifying bosses. You’ll need skill, strategy, and a strong aim to survive.

Nightmare Mode

No checkpoints. Stronger enemies. No mercy. If you’re brave enough, Nightmare Mode will push you to your limits.

Weapon Customization

Find and equip mods to personalize your weapons. Adjust color, add attachments like scopes, flashlights, muzzles, bullet extensions, lasers, and more.

Interactive Environments

Explore and interact with your surroundings. You might discover useful items—or unsettling secrets.

Quality Settings

Adjust a wide range of visual settings to match your system. Supports 4K resolution and beyond for an immersive experience.

Keymapping and Controller Support

Remap keys and tune camera sensitivity to fit your playstyle. Full controller support included.

Multiple Saving and Loading

Create and switch between different playthroughs without losing progress. No two runs need to be the same.

Midnight Alert captures the fight or flight mentally perfectly. As in I wish I could fly as far away from this game as possible. Hideously optimised including multiple soft locks causing you to restart the game due to the save also being corrupted. Movement that feels like you're in a swamp with two giants on top of your shoulders. Combat so bland and lacking of any hit recognition you'd think it came from a pre-alpha demo of a game from 2002. Bland looking enemies and environments. It's just barely the framework of a game desperately in need of updates and any resemblance of fun or interest. But don't worry guys, this will be the next best horror franchise... if the description is to be believed. For my First Impressions check out my video here: https://youtu.be/A8zYfojdNck

Midnight Alert is a Extremely Short, Jank, Unpolished, Unoptimized, repetitive, and bland. It's overpriced for a 30 min game and lacks a lot of substance. The idea can be improved upon making it into something better but for now it isn't worth the purchase. If you want to try the game I'd still say its enjoyable to speedrun afterwards and there is clearly some interesting possiblities for exploits and tricks. If you want to learn an easy speed game this is a decent start.

It's not amazing, each level consists of facing X monsters with each level adding some new ones, the climax of each level is usually a timer where you have to fight a larger # of monsters who spawn in. It's not amazing and it is quite janky such as your gun settings reset between levels and reloads. It's quite enjoyable fun that I'd recommend buying at like 5$ you'll get an hour out of an monster kill, no real replayability.
