The game is exactly what it says it will be, a true hybrid of shmup and survivors game. I don't think it works as well as each of them individually but I only learned that via playing the game, and it's not bad as-is. It runs very well and I had zero technical problems playing under proton. There isn't much content but it's also only $5 and is definitely worth that.
