(After over 2 years since last updated (Feb. 7th 2023), there has been no update. This feels very abandoned. Please avoid at all costs until further notice.) Although I have played this game for a short time, I have managed to unlock everything in this short amount of time. It's your basic Blackjack card game. Get enough cards to get or close to 21 without going over. Each time you win, you open up additional outfits and music for that girl. Once you have unlocked her outfits, you can then watch her do a dance for you. (No adult content, they just get as far as bra and undies) As you watch them dance, you can then adjust the camera angle to get a better view of them dancing using the arrows on the lower-right side of the screen. Right now there are only 4 girls, each girl has 3 outfits to unlock. From what I can tell, they plan to make more content.
