FPS horror game — fun with friends, playable solo. This is an immersive horror experience, not a cat-and-mouse chase like Dead by Daylight. Sometimes, you’ll just close your eyes, face the wall, and hope for the best. It feels like a solid PC game from before the plague of modern gaming — no micro transactions, no unlocks, no cosmetics. You just have everything from the start and go. Much appreciated. If you’re a modern gamer, you probably won’t enjoy it. There’s nothing telling you to keep playing — no progress bars, no XP, no in-game currency. If you’re the kind of gamer who simply enjoys playing without needing the game to constantly pat you on the back, this is for you. No tutorial. key unlocks door. Puzzle requires brain

About This Game

Damned 2 is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game where four survivors must explore cursed locations, solve puzzles, and escape alive — while a fifth player takes on the role of a deadly creature hunting them down. Each match is unpredictable and filled with tension.

To escape, survivors must search for items, unlock doors, and complete puzzles scattered across the map. Every match reshuffles key elements, requiring players to adapt quickly. Teamwork, awareness, and a steady hand are essential.
Take control of a terrifying creature with unique abilities. Each monster offers a different playstyle — some stalk in silence, others create chaos and confusion. Master their skills and turn every match into a psychological horror experience.

Immersive Audio Visual experience: Damned 2 uses Unreal Engine 5 to bring graphics and audio immersion to a new level of horror.
Immersive VOIP: Our built in VOIP system simulates echos, reverberation and the environment around you. But be aware, monsters can hear you when they are hunting!
Be the Monster!: Choose from a variety of different monsters to play and scare your friends, each monster has a set of abilities for you to hunt and eliminate the trespassers. The monster can also be controlled by an AI.
Co-operate: Play together with your friends with up to 5 players where teamwork is key for fast puzzle solving and exploration.
Randomized Environments & Puzzles: Each play through is never the same. Keys, items and puzzles are placed in different locations whenever you start a new match.
Custom Difficulty: Choose your game settings before starting a new match, customize the way you want to play.

Disappointing Multiplayer Experience Due to Password-Protected Lobbies I was really excited to jump into Damned 2, but the multiplayer experience completely fell flat. Almost every lobby is password protected, making it nearly impossible to join a random game or play with new people. It feels like the game's design discourages spontaneous matches and community interaction, which is frustrating for anyone wanting quick, easy access to multiplayer. If you don't already have a group of friends to share passwords with, you're basically locked out of the core experience. This barrier ruins what could have been a fun and engaging multiplayer game. Definitely disappointing.
For players who don’t know: Damned 1 actually came out before Dead by Daylight. I still remember playing it as a kid, skipping school just to get a few more matches in. Now here we are with Damned 2, and life’s come full circle I’m a teacher at the very same school where I used to skip classes to play the first game. Crazy how time works. lol anyway so to understand this game your goal as survivor solve the puzzles get the key unlock the door its like escape room .for the monsters kill them all and put your traps to slow the survivors before they escape . this game is balanced between monsters and survivor it's not easy to win so for me i enjoy the game , for whom is this game? +for players who enjoying dead by daylight like + for players who enjoying horror game +for players who enjoying co-op
Damned, how long has it been? Eleven years? I remember when the first game came out, totally out of nowhere, even before games like Dead by Daylight made the 'escape the monster with friends' genre a thing. If you had a friend who was good at playing the monster, it was a blast, despite the clunky old engine they used. And, well, let’s just say there were plenty of screams! Damned 2 keeps the same formula but does it better. Switching to Unreal Engine was a great call. They kept the original gameplay but added tons of new randomized and customizable ways to navigate each level/puzzles, split paths, items hidden in every corner of the map. They also gave dead players some actual gameplay, which Damned 1 was seriously missing. As for the monsters, some old favorites are back. The Lurker is still that same awful creature, waiting for you to be just a little careless so it can jump on your back and eat your butt for dinner. And of course, there’s Mary, whose crying you hear right bef...
YO DAMNED IS BACK
This game drops you in without a tutorial, leaving players to fumble through dimly lit maps with little direction. The core gameplay revolves around hunting for random keys to unlock doors, which quickly becomes repetitive and uninspired. The flashlight mechanic is especially frustrating because you're constantly searching for batteries to maintain what little visibility it does provide, and when you're in a full lobby and can't find anything, running out of batteries means you're completely blind. It’s not tense or thrilling—it’s just aggravating. Our group ended up rage quitting out of sheer frustration. Enemy design lacks creativity, jump scares are predictable and ineffective, and the puzzles are recycled across maps that all look nearly identical. There's little variety, and the overall experience feels hollow. Suggestions for improvement: - Remove the battery mechanic—it adds more annoyance than tension. - Scrap the buggy click-and-drag system for opening cabinets and do...
We got Damned 2 before GTA 6
I don't know, just seems kind of meh to me. find this unlock that, multiplayer never has full lobbies. the game itself just seems like something that has been done to death with no original ideas....If you solo it will get old fast.
These game isn't even close to ready, i get that it's just early access but with all the bugs like not being able to interact with items half way through the match, limited clues as the survivor, you'll literally just walk around for an hour looking for the smallest clue while some monster is breathing down your throat.
