About This Game

Create your fully customizable army of dwarves and lead them to victory! Strategize with up to 10 individual beardlings in this combination of classic RPGs, roguelikes and auto-battlers. Decimate orcs, fight trolls and battle dragons - There will be Glory, Death and humongous amounts of Loot!

As a novice commander of the dwarf legion, your journey begins with two dwarves. They start out with rudimentary gear and weak combat abilities. Only by defeating enemies, gaining experience and gold, fully equipping them, honing their battle skills, and recruiting more warriors to your ranks can you triumph.

Every dwarf warrior can be customized to your liking. Equip them with different gear, and they'll take on vastly different roles. Some will become sturdy tanks able to withstand heavy damage, some will become agile assassins or archers, and some will become high damage output, yet fragile mages.

By adjusting your dwarves' gear and formation, you can alter your legion's lineup and combat style on the fly. Design your ideal battle strategies and build a Dwarf Legion that is truly your own.

After each battle, players can choose one of three branches to follow. You can choose to slay monsters to level up, buy equipment, or hire new warriors. Each choice carries its own opportunities and risks.

Also, as you play more, you'll acquire gems that unlock various skills in your skill book, providing bonuses for all your future battles, and further enhancing your preferred combat style.

As your Dwarf Legion becomes increasingly powerful, the number and strength of your enemies will rise correspondingly, turning the battlefield into a highly intense arena.

Facing different enemy configurations, adjust your legion's equipment and positions in a timely manner. Increase your frontline defenses if the enemy is launching a lot of assaults. If the enemy has numerous mages, focus on disrupting their backline. Only with correct tactics can you increase your chances of winning.

If you blindly focus on improving your stats and fight with an unsuitable formation, you may be led around by the enemy or have your backline cut off. The result might not be optimistic, so please make sure to learn from your experiences, think strategically, and utilize your tactics fully!

Although players can already jump in and enjoy commanding their Dwarf Legions, the game is still in the Demo phase. More new gear, professions, maps, and bosses are coming to heat up the battle even more!
It won't be too long. Stay tuned!

This simple game at first glance hides underneath a deep, complex and awesome mechanics. The Rune Circle implementation is pure awesomeness. The only thing I'd want at this point is more artifacts, especially hybrid ones, more advanced classes, more raids, more zones, and some better control on what can show up - perhaps a limited banishments of cards per clan?

I'm addicted to killing goblins. The game is a linear autobattler(in that you fight on a single line) where you select and equip your party of dwarves, and kill enemies (goblins, orcs, hopefully elves later on!). So, you purchase/resell assign equipment, assemble a party of up to 10 dwarves, choose one of the simple tactics and one of the party buffs, and watch them wreak opponents, or get plastered by opponents you underestimated: Each fight, you get to choose between 3 groups of opponents with a different reward for defeating them. You win fights by killing all opponents or pushing them back to the edge of the battlefield. You have pretty limited decisions to make during fights(on top of doing nothing special): forego healing to advance faster, or running away. So far, overconfidence has been the main reason for the premature demise of my clans. You get runes to specialize each of your clans that carry over during the runs. Overall, I think the game finds a good balance between mana...

A review for this game is overdue so here we go: +This is an auto battler game, you manage the team of dwarves by giving them equipment which determines their role. Give them a shield? They will become tanks. Give them a Staff? They become mages. So the combination (up to 10 units at a time) gives you flexibility on how you want to play the game. +Stats management is also funny here: They can determine how far they can push back and you can also see weight factor in on how far you can be pushed back. The tooltips of this game is user friendly so you can understand right away how it works mostly. Overall a good game to consider and quite a time killer since it goes all the way (battle may last a minute or 5 depending on yours and enemy composition).

I've been playing this game since the dev first announced he was sharing a project he was abandoning then received a bunch of positive feedback and decided to make it a full-fledged game. It was fun back then with like a handful of items and repetitive fights. Because I played the hell out of it during the first few months of development when it was free, I was hesitant to spend $15 on a game I essentially already played through. I'm glad I decided to buy it because there is SO much more depth to the game now. Really cool game to play absent-mindedly while you watch TV or something - you essentially just gear your dwarves up and then watch them fight. The only downside I will say, and this is personal preference, is that I almost feel like there's too much for the player to control. There are formations and talent-tree style options and tons of gear to swap and upgrade and forge and bench certain dwarves and deploy certain dwarves... If you want to be super serious about this game th...

Dwarves: Glory, Death and Loot offers an engaging blend of real-time strategy and action RPG elements, delivering a game experience that centers around commanding a band of hardy dwarves in a hostile, monster-filled world. Developed by King Art Games, the title is a spiritual successor to their earlier fantasy strategy games, but it stands out by combining tactical squad management with character progression and loot-driven gameplay. It is a game that appeals both to players who enjoy thoughtful strategy and those who appreciate immersive, story-driven quests featuring well-crafted dwarven lore. The game’s core revolves around leading a small party of dwarves, each with unique skills and roles, through a variety of missions that involve exploration, combat, and resource gathering. This squad-based approach puts the player in direct control of multiple characters, requiring careful positioning and coordination during battles. The combat itself strikes a satisfying balance between str...

This is an amazing example of a creative and detailed take on rpg autobattler rougelikes from an indie dev. It's a super cool grindy party builder looter that takes a while to get a hang of, but once you understand what's going on it's a challenging but fun grind.

does not sync game progress everytime especially after long night afking.no hard save button ive tried multiple times to exit game properly wait for cloud sync and still it doesnt save progress when in higher levels 1k plus. After several hours upgrading equips for 10+ dwarves losing all that makes this unplayable until they implement hard save option. Its a shame this is one of the better idle games out imo. i personally would prefer they also make game f2p with season pass for money that way you get get better playerbase. Its worth it for the price right now but this wont be your final stop in the idle genre because of problems.I really hope dev fixes problems and tries to solve core issues.
