Really fun game so far! Nice variety of characters and controls really well. Will update review after I complete the game. Edit: Absolutely phenomenal game. A good challenge even on normal. My playtime is a little bloated due to playing at work and a couple bugs but the game is a solid length and has some cool hidden unlocks along the way. Highly recommended!

I think at $10 this is a great buy for a slightly more mechanically involved and more "skill-intensive" beat-em-up that pulls off "dark but not insanely dark" fantasy vibes well. No roguelite type frills except a couple characters to unlock/add to the starting roster. At least on hard or expert difficulty, you're going to have to do a little better than mashing buttons to get through the stages, but I imagine easy plays (or IMO at least should play) ok with that level of attentiveness. Note that the devs are patching in QOL updates rapidly following the game's recent release thus far (rezzing your co-op partner on reaching a checkpoint was huge!), so I expect it to keep getting more polish, but it plays great right now. The art speaks for itself, the story is cool and keeps its presence minimal, and adds to the immersion without getting in the way of the action. Each level feels fairly distinctly different from the one before it and offers new combat challenges; the stage, enemy,...
I found this game to be highly frustrating, even on the so called "easy" difficulty setting. The game does not actually save during a level. So you are forced to repeat the entire level if you rage quit before finishing that level. And each level is LONG. I was constantly repeating the same lengthy sections over and over again. I finally gave up on the fourth level. Repeating the same gameplay over and over again is just not enjoyable to me.
Wow, fun game. I give this title two thumbs up. Alot of stages and each stage is pretty lengthy. The art style is unique. I enjoy beat em ups and this one was enjoyable to play. I am still early in the game so I know there will be challenges ahead which from the looks of it means variety in the levels. Bravo game developer!
It's not quite Golden Axe, but it has some similarities. It's a beat'em up with several characters to use, bots to allow you to play with multiple characters at once, and some nice artwork. I found the level design so far to be a bit bland, with everything feeling like you're just on this one very long straight line path. Combat is alright, with each character having a standard attack, special attack, super special, and a dodge move. Works well. Multiple difficulty options, though it just feels like enemies take more damage with increases. Each level takes about 10 minutes to finish, which is nice for planning purposes but feels a bit too long. There's a story that unfolds as you play, which is a nice addition.
I'm honestly shocked this game doesn't have as much buzz around it; it's partially the reason why I'm writing this more detailed review. To get to the point though, I'd give this game a 9/10. What I liked about the game: The controls feel nice, The art style and direction are both phenomenal and consistent all the way through, all the levels feel like standout levels with their own unique enemies and a boss battle at the end with a total of 10 levels and 2 secret levels, its extremely satisfying to take down a hoard right in front of you when you learn how to chain combos to keep enemies up in the air, and on top of all that its only $9. There isn't too much depth in terms of the attack combos(you aren't getting combos as in depth as you would in Tekken/Street Fighter/Mortal Combat combos), but it's honestly okay. At its core, finishing off hoards of enemies super satisfying. Now what I would criticize about the game: I feel like it's too short for how fun it is...
для кооп-игры папы и сына самое оно!
I can't believe this mind-numbingly boring piece of shit is supposed to be a real game
