[h2] Other reviews say that after closing the window, you won't be able to open it again to customize your cursor. I found out that the app hides in your system tray. All you have to do is click on the cursor icon in the system tray and you'll be able to continue customizing your cursor. [/h2] Does what it sets out to do, which is to allow you to customize your mouse cursor. App is effectively abandoned by the dev(s), though. The mouse effects are buggy, but I opt not to use them anyway.

Not Recommended

I should have read the reviews. It doesn't actually stay "on top" of other applications, so lots of time its...behind my app? Also, no faith in it being fixed, looks like the dev did an update a few days after release but besides that no update in 33 months. Will refund.
