  • Use your powerful Battle Tower as base of operations: Looming like a colossal stone claw over Sentinel Island stands the Battle Tower, a vast citadel built many centuries ago by a long forgotten Dragon Mage. Become bound to the Battle Tower through a mystical relic known as the Dragon Stone.
  • Build your very own ultimate fighting creature: Conjure the spirits to bring to life a creature made from body parts you have collected during your battles. This creature's power is literally the sum of his body parts; once you are able to assemble this abomination, summon it to support you in combat!

A beautifully crafted game with a charming edge of Euro-jank. Larian as always craft a wonderful world of humour and intrigue. With the newest patch, this game is still a joy to play.

Still hands down the best game i have ever played. The lore, the adventure, grind, scenery and the damn soundtrack is enough to make me replay this game so many times on xbox. Glad i was able to get it again on steam. Festival of Immortals is still the best track to exist. RIP to the composer.

The early Divinity trilogy is a prime example of deep care meeting self-sabotage. And Divinity 2 makes for a sad sequel. Divine Divinity is an ill-advised mix of Diablo 1 and 2 and Ultima VII. Without going too deep into it, Immersive Sims design goals just don't jive well with the dopamine infused Diablo-esque gameplay. The team that built it is clearly caring and competent, but what I would tell them if I could go back in time is to focus their work and apply discipline in their design. This was not the path chosen by Larian and Divinity 2 fails to meaningfully learn from Divine Divinity's mistakes and they made a worse game. The truly sad thing is that the Ultima influence seems to be gone entirely. To this day, Larian CEO Swen Vincke says that the studios it still inspired by Ultima when making RPGs. The worse part is they replaced Ultima with the same amorphous RPG mess that every other western game studio were inspired by at the time. Divine Divinity felt like it's own thing and...

Oh yes, I did it! I finished it! And have enjoyed this game. Even if the Flames of Vengeance was the pain in the *..)(..* due to crushes, yet I have managed to finish both chapters completely. I wish the developers will make a new Divinity in the same 3D action style, because I am a fan of such games, and it was a really the right direction rather than "Divinity Original Sin" style. Those who will have crushes after transition to the Flames Of Vengeance, feel free to contact and I will suggest some solution that worked for me.

When I enter the stutter doesnt stop. When I return to desktop the game freezes and doesnt wanna close and you cant open task manager cause it overlays the whole screen. This might only be a issue for a few people but it is really annoying, I was looking forward to it.

I really wanted to like this but it's genuinely just not a good game. The writing is extremely generic and uninteresting, with constant pop-culture references that make me wanna kill myself. I decided to stop playing after I got the second area and this really annoying guy went "I am the walrus!" and it's like. We get the reference bro. The gameplay is absolutely abysmal when compared to its compatriots. It's just bad. Go play Morrowind instead lol.

Amazing RPG, really good voice acting, quest choices feel impactful, quest plot points are often a lesser of two evils or ambiguous in alignment which is a positive for the feel of the game's world. Combat and itemization feels appropriate. The dev tools are appreciated for those looking to customize their difficulty via stronger enemies or stronger character. Note: I recommend the Div2 Patch made by fans which makes the game run smoother and fixes camera issues related to its old engine. All in all a very fun mmo-esque game 8/10 :)
