This game is an absolute masterpiece it has all the classic gaming aspects from the golden age of gaming as well as contains a darker tone fit for today's age of gaming. It has a wide target audience and is enjoyable by anyone. I would recommend this game to anyone who's looking for a truly down to earth game with amazing level design with plenty of secrets and hidden items to the death metal tone of the soundtrack to the hellscape environment with intense boss fights and a wide variety of demons between you and the mystery of what is to come.

Every voice line feels like a jumpscare. Also, I like the minigun

It's about as silly as an indie FPS as you can make- but it's bad in a funny kind of way, and it does have some effort put into it. Basically the game starts by putting you in an electric chair where, I suppose, you go to hell, and defeat the seven deadly sins as bosses followed by the eight final boss. There's a stats system which is cool but it's extremely shallow. Once you get the minigun you can obliterate everything. I defeated the final boss and died at the same time but it still ran the script where the guy sat in a chair and the credits rolled while I took damage which I found funny. The environments are really detailed (Probably asset recycles but that's OK) and the music is great, but the game developer did the voice work and it sounds like the most awkward thing ever. Still, I laughed and blitzed through this thing in about an hour and didn't regret it. It is way too easy though, your health regens when you're out of combat and I only died one time through the entire game.

Really cool FPS/RPG from the 64 era, kinda like DOOM and Diablo had a baby. You won't find loot, there are a set number of weapons, and the items you find are ammo and health, but you do gain Experience for slaughtering the hellscum, which allows you to level up your character. Like all RPGS, you start under-powered, but by level 2 or 3, you start to really come into your own, and whack fools with the powerful smiting destruction you would hope for back in the 90's. Speaking of 90's the level design is big and open, not quite like Turok but close, there are plenty of secret areas to uncover, and the world itself feels detailed, immersive, and surreal. The game's atmosphere is pure metal, while it does go into dark subject matter, you are supposed to enjoy it, not be afraid of it, and the thumping heavy metal soundtrack will boost that much-needed passion for thrashin that these kinda games were meant to cultivate. This is the kinda shooter that will really vibe with ya if you enj...

Bit past an hour in, loving it! There are a ton of secrets to find, keeping me on my toes and excited to explore nooks and crannies. Along with that, there are also a ton of fun pop culture references that I just have fun finding and identifying. The gameplay is fun, the character upgrade menu is a very nice mechanic, along with the save system. I do have a bit of complaints with the enemies. I have one for each type of enemy I've seen so far but I think they are also easy fixes and not all are necessarily needed to be worked on, mostly just the ranged enemies I have issue with. For the ones that use projectiles, such as the fireball throwing demon that is introduced in the first level, he tracks me too well to the point that my evasiveness and strafing isnt rewarded and I'm hit anyways. For this, I suggest having their tracking lag behind a little bit, I believe this is called smoothing but I may be wrong. I feel it would make the enemies feel just a tad bit more realistic and it woul...

This game is absolute garbage. There is nothing here that is reminiscent of n64 shooters at all. Shooters of that era didn't lock your character's movement speed behind a poorly implemented rpg upgrade system. They also didn't have Halo style regenerating health. I can see why they put regenerating health in- its because the game would be impossible without it. Enemies are dumb as rocks and most just continuously run toward you until they are inside you. Others just fire projectiles at you from afar. That's their only two strategies. With the game starting you out as slow as a snail with arthritis, it's hard to avoid attacks and get away from enemies. So, you'll take a lot of cheap deaths. This may be the worst first person shooter I've ever played. Honestly, Daikatana is better than this. Yes, even the n64 version. Avoid this game at all cost. The only nostalgia you'll be feeling is for the time before you wasted your money on this terrible game.
