ENG: Extremely minimalist, but well designed, the levels can be passed in seconds, but they introduce new challenges and mechanics, also we can find new color palettes. I had no faith in it to be honest, but got surprised. I recommend it on sale.

I'm a big fan of Weaponeer. It's a game that's able to do a lot with a little. The game only requires a few button presses to actually play, but is able to keep you coming back with it's creative level design. The sword is an interesting weapon for this game, as it's not as straight forward as you'd think. The sword going from right back to center is an important timing that is pretty unique to this game. Essentially, not holding a direction will bring the sword back to the the top of Weaponeer, so often you have to think about not pressing a button just as much as you have to think about pressing a button. Overall, it's a pretty simple game but has an impressive amount of depth. Not a bad pick up for a few bucks!

This is a fantastic, frantic, accessible platformer. One part, Sonic Spinball, One part Dark-Souls Matrix Shroom Trip. 8/10, must play!

And one night a mighty gulf was bridged, and the dream-haunted skies swelled down to the lonely watcher's window to merge with the close air of his room and make him a part of their fabulous wonder.

I've played the VOXPOP version before but picked this up again on Steam because it's so addicting. It's just frustrating enough and eventually you flow through levels and it feels real nice buy it you baby

Overall OK, sadly nothing special. Things of note: - it takes under an hour to finish (which is a bit low, but then it was getting a bit tedious, the concepts are really simple, so probably a good call). Maybe a bit low for the price. - There are some fun sequence skips you could do, intentional or not they are always welcome. - There are no achievements, single life/continue clear would maybe make it stay a little longer. - the visual choices don't serve it too well. It's often not clear where the enemies will shoot and the screen is too small. At this graphic complexity give me a hat or maybe weapons reskins, not only palettes! It'll literally take 3 minutes to draw a top hat or an axe that matches this style xd - The sword concept feels a bit underexplored. It's clear the developer put work in, but it lacks soul and spice to be something worth remembering. Probably better on a smaller screen, like a steam deck. I'd probably be interested to see a reimagining/sequel now that all th...
