the timer falsely makes you believe you'll be fighting a boss every time the time is up. the third timer is for you to collect keys. if you don't have the keys, kiss the hour you wasted on the run and your little spider robot goodbye. the game isn't bad but the conditions for completion are so deeply flawed it ends up feeling like a bad joke.

Fail at the first Keep upgrade your robospider Keep digging until you found the truth 10/10
I was looking for some mining game to scratch that itch and I stumbled upon this unpolished gem. You use a robo-spider to walk up and down a wall with crevices which You can explore for resources and upgrades. Some upgrades are for a run, some are permanent (for a price). Wall is divided into few sections, each has unique resource type for upgrades. + Pros: + 8 weapons + Somewhat unique mining approach + Each permanent upgrade really affects next runs - Cons: - After "defeating" last boss, it no longers spawns and there is no end-game. - You need to get destroyed to finish a run if boss is unalived - Buildings are only somewhat useful For the price? Worth it to give it a try.
Great rogue lite game for those who don't want to spend tens of hours of to clear it. Definitely worth the asking price and a must buy if on sale. Getting into the rhythm of the runs and planning out what you want so spec is very enjoyable. Only criticism I would say is completing the main objective is a bit anticlimactic.
good little game that resembles to dome keeper but with more action. Something I dislike from both is the pressure the endless waves put to you.
Worse version of Dome Keeper - Forced deaths - Lackluster resource system - Imbalanced upgrade system
Wall World is 2D roguelite where your time is divided between mining for minerals and defending your vehicle parked on the surface above (or to the left). Your ultimate goal is to explore the upper and lower boundaries of the wall while upgrading your vehicle/character using the materials you dig up. As expected from a roguelite, there is a meta-progression system where purchase permanent upgrades between runs. The mining is fun — upgrading your digging capability to slice through terrain like a hot knife through butter is satisfying — but the combat quickly becomes a chore. There are a variety of weapons available, but most lack the range required to physically reach the boss, whose weak points remain on the other side of the screen. I feel obligated to funnel my resources into either the default machine gun or one other weapon that isn’t guaranteed to drop. Even if there were more viable weapon choices, upgrading them is a rather linear process and a missed opportunity for va...
I like it but feels a little unsatisfying to finish the game without a 'final boss' or even some sort of unlock. You get a quick cut scene and that's about it... But besides that it's a neat game :)
Not fun. A veeeery slow progression
the game is a little short but it was a lot of fun
