Very fast paced game with lots of greats books to read! :) Mechanics takes a little getting used to but lots of fun once you get used to them! The interactions between elements are fun as well. Helpful tip: When in doubt, look up or down :)

About This Game
TICKDOWN is a fast-paced elemental FPS that blends together Arena FPS and Bullet Hell gameplay.
You are a counter-terrorist agent. You have two real-time hours to locate and defuse a weapon of mass destruction. Use the powers of Water, Earth, Fire, and Air to fight your way through hordes of enemies to reach your objective.
Utilize a fluid movement system to soar above your enemies, raining down destructive abilities from the air. At the same time, you heal yourself by taking damage. Balance movement and embracing the bullet hell to survive.
Abilities
You have access to 6 elemental abilities, with 4 unique attacks for each ability.
Combine your abilities together to form even more destructive ones:
Create a Whirlpool, freeze it into an Ice Storm, electrify the Ice Storm into a Lightning Storm, and then blow up the Lightning Storm to release a long range Shockwave
Create a Black Hole by electrifying an enemy's imploding corpse, and then dunk a Lightning Basketball into the Black Hole to trap enemies in a shatterable alternate dimension
Concentrate Air Pressure into a bubble that traps enemies and projectiles inside. Blow up the Pressure Bubble to Microwave all enemies trapped inside
Lots more combinations you can find through experimentation
Additionally, you can hijack enemy attacks to create even more unique abilities, such as lobbing up a Lightning Basketball to an enemy as they're performing a ground smash
Story
TICKDOWN has a unique multi-layered story set in a world where the entirety of Planet Earth got Isekai'd.
There is no hard time limit for beating the game (the story doesn't end just because you failed)
There are also secrets, lore books, and optional challenge fights for you to find through exploration.
Photosensitive content warning: TICKDOWN may not be suitable for those who may experience seizures when exposed to certain or intense visuals

User Reviews
A very fast paced arena shooter here. It's pretty fun to use the various powers (earth, water, fire, ice) in rapid succession. There are times where ya can get stuck. It was durin this time when I experimented with jumpin' and found out ya can jump over the walls and break the game. I didn't use that to advantage tho but it can be done. For the price not too bad of an indie title. Just needs a bit of work. Gameplay here: https://youtu.be/5gm7yZr-9-k
