Great!
Finally a game where choices REALLY DO matter. I never played the original, my sister suggested this game to me. It's a single player game but best enjoyed in a pitch black room with someone that is just waiting for you to get scared the shit out of (like my sister having a blast watching me struggle ^^') Until Dawn is a Cinematic Horror Game in essence where your goal is to make the right decisions in order to keep a group of friends in a mountain cabin alive until the morning dawns. You switch between characters and have to face not only the dark thats looming in the mountains, but also interpersonal challenges, clear rivaleries and make more than one morally questionable decision. All while finding clues on what really happend in the snowy mountains Make sure your PC meets the requirements and since its cinematic in nature, make sure to install it on an SSD for faster loadtimes While the Steampage indicated you have to create a Playstation Network Acco...

I do miss the old blue tones of the og game but this is a good remake for the pc. Some new cutscenes and ways to move around so it was fun to experience new content.
This has to be one of my first choose-your-own-story games that I really got into. One that pushed me into playing/watching YouTubers play others like TWD, TWAU, Batman, LIS, and more. I love all of the cynical and cheesy jokes, the humor it has to make fun of itself as a horror genre, the way it makes you think about your future actions through the totem system, and not to mention the ability you have to piece together a whole set of stories that tie into a pretty bow at the end if you pay close enough attention. This game created an algorithm for horror games like it. It pushed creators to work harder to impress their audience because this genre of games was flying off the shelves by the time people like Markiplier and Jacksepticeye started to review it. I genuinely think this game is great and nostalgic as fuck to me. Maybe that's why I'm a bit clouded to it's minor flaws but the major ones I do see. One being this remake. I cannot express the devastation I faced when playing...
SO good. i loved it so much. more than the original tbh... which is rare because i'm a sucker for nostalgia (also it ran much worse than the original.. which i expected. not a complaint though i loved it so much that i didn't care!) i'm so eager to replay it to complete everything because honestly, thanks to chapter selection it'd be VERY easy but alas i won't be doing that at the moment... i HIGHLY recommend though! so funny, amazing voice acting, everyone has so much life to them, such an incredible play, easy to complete (the QTE's may be a little harder in the remaster though?), though not so easy you're bored! if you do love this game i veeeery much recommend playing the quarry-literally until dawns' little brother :D not sure what else to say, especially since my hands are killing me typing this... such good scare factor,, i sooooo love that. but yeees... just a little laggy, though i was going to be SO shocked if it wasn't, because my laptop sucks! i have to REALLY me...
Game is unplayable - from having to use PSN just to run it, to loading screens seeming to be covers for the game fully crashing. The intro scene has completely destroyed the level of clueless suspense that was provided by the OG version. Don't waste your money. They've butchered yet another good game.
Peak story horror game... and it completely screwed my head. Until Dawn had me hooked from the start. The choices felt real, and I was always stressed, wondering who would live or die. I thought I was making smart moves, but the butterfly effect says otherwise... good twists, good characters, and great story. 9.7/10
wendigo bussy
I have 2 computers and on 1 of them (4 years old tower computer 16 GB GPU, good graphic card, etc) the game won't pass the intro. Disappointing.
This game is so peak especially Matt.
Extremely good plot, plot twists, characters, actors, visuals, and extremely well written/hidden things you can miss, or overlook. definitely one of my favorite games. glad i never had spoilers, because it was that good. also played this with my mom and she likes it as much as RDR, so do with that what you will. 11/10
