I played the original Secret World, and it was 10x better, more customizable, and more intricate than this dumbed-down version of a game. The original server is still up for the players who played it originally, but there's no support. I just opened another ticket to try to access my account due to technical difficulties, which is fine, but I found another open ticket in my email from 4 years ago where I contacted them about the same issue, and I never received a response back. Basically, all they've done is abandoned their original fanbase and abandoned everything that made the game special and unique in order to dumb it down and make it more appealing to a new audience by turning it into a quasi-clone of World of Warcraft. If I was receiving any help from them, I would change my rating, because that would at least indicate they valued their legacy player community to some extent.
