Call of Duty: Black Ops - Mac Edition

All ye Mac peasants! I am one of you who games on mac! Take heed! This game is unkind to those that play zombie mode! Hark! All ye who may have macbooks that can't run this game on medium or low settings, forgo this game, tis a pity to play on weak hardware together with our small breed of gamers of House Apple!

Call of Duty Black ops - Mac Edition was a very fun, and exilerating game. You unlocked many weopons each time you ranked up, and had many weopon upgrades and costomizable features. Many weopons were only used in certain maps, for example, a l968 sniper rifle (I think thats the name) wasnt used on Nuketown because it would get owned by famas and galils all the time. This game needs some serios addons however, as it became boring at higher ranks. I think the upgrades that should be added are: 1.voice comunication 2.Larger maps 3.more weopons & equipment 4.rides such as tanks-jeeps-bikes 5.more camos (the only good one is tiger) I hope you guys enjoyed this quick review on Black ops - mac edition. Would not recommend for zombies, the servers are terrible, hardly anyone plays and i bought the black ops dlc bundle and shangri la is missing. I have reinstalled and everything and it still won't appear, wasted £30. I would have been better of buying all dlc on ps3 sure it would cost more but at least more people play it and the servers are much better. If you want this game for campaign and multiplayer than you might like it, but for zombies its just terrible.

If you came for campain and playing some private match with friends on zombies and multiplayer then its still pretty good for that but most servers are dead with little to few people on multiplayer and zombies servers. As far as I've seen have no-one on them ( as of 12 August 2017).

Fuck you guys... I played on mac and finally got a windows computer. I can't change the game from mac to windows... That was 40 euro out the window! I wont recommend because theyre only out for your money, not youre experience.

It is in my opinion one of the last good COD games. It has one of the most creative single player campaigns only being outdone by its sequel BO2 and the zombie mode is a personal favorite of mine. The multiplayer is nothing incredible, unbalanced weapons and stupid DLC, typical COD though, though i personally had a lot of fun with it. Overall pretty good, but not gonna blow you away

Is this game updated at all? I have High Sierra and it keeps crashing on me and is unplayable. It went on sale the week after I bought it :(. Hasn't been a good experience.

THis is worse than god damn sonic the god damn hedgehob i wasted some amount of money and i regret the purchase no matter if the price was 30$ or 10 cents. i would go back in time and shoot myself in the face if it meant i wouldnt have to buy this shitty game.

Mac players beware, disappointingly this game still crashes. Tested on MacOS Mojave in a MacBook Pro 17 (touch bar). Found the same issues as in https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/2/490123197957126839/ . There’s a bug that will crash the game at random intervals during single player. Second, another bug will cause the game to freeze on a black screen after dying in the single player campaign.

Cheaper than the windows edition. It does have servers to play, you just have to refresh under ranked to show all of the servers. Players are friendly and servers are fair. This game doesnt even take much space and it has exceptional graphics without lag. This isn't as bad as people say.
