I honestly tried to get into this game. It's too much of a chore to play. For instance: Trade routes are advertised as "automated", but you have to manually delete overage goods. You have to divide your attention from settlements, to driving a little car around to perform quests. Not to mention the UI is horrible organized. TBH, I enjoyed the original game much more. Way too much micro in this one.

In Endzone 2, you hit the road with your trusty bus, navigating through the wastelands — an uninhabitable and treacherous terrain scattered with ruins, loot, and missions. Yielding to your curiosity and exploring these areas may reward you with special resources, technologies, and new trading partners. However, it can also place you in deadly peril, triggering disasters or jeopardizing the lives of your explorers.
As you journey through the wastelands, you'll encounter habitable zones — expansive plots of land ripe for settlement and scarce resource harvesting. Each zone boasts its own unique array of resources, so choose your next settlement location wisely and let your journey flow.
In Endzone 2, the landscape and environment are in constant flux, presenting ever-changing challenges just around the corner! Behold as sandstorms ravage the surroundings and droughts deplete your water supplies, leaving your zones parched and transformed into deserts.

Really loved the first game but the Anno transport route mechanic is annoying and not fun at all, I like the exploration with the vehicles and it have potential, I would rather have a building that links settlements and they start sharing all resource and population and leave the vehicles for exclusively fights and exploration and make more interesting mechanics there for them that require different types. Just finished the tutorial but I don't feel like playing when I think about having to set up whole new settlement for 1 or 2 resources. It's fine to try new stuff for the sequel but imo it missed the mark.
Apparently the one form of entertainment people crave the most after being 150 years underground is to drug themselves out with marihuana, or so does this game preach. To each its own, I don't like that shit in my games, thank you and fuck off.
First game is better by miles, not sure why they went this weird game direction tbh.
game is a joke, not even close to being good. first one was much better
The mechanics of the game are under constant and consistent improvement - which shows how involved the developers are. I think they could use better voice-work and a broader variety of voices, but otherwise, great game.
The difference between Endzone 1&2 is similar to the difference between Frostpunk 1&2. Much less personal, you see a lot fewer faces and a lot more numbers. The individual workers don't matter so much as the numbers they represent. I don't mind that so much so i'll give it a thumbs up.
I bought this game a few weeks ago, played for the first time today. 15 minutes into the session it crashed hard, locking up. I can't recommend a game that is out of alpha and behaves like that. If it behaves over time, I'll change my review. But I don't consider crashing fun.
This is a 100% complete rip-off of Paradox Games "Surviving the Aftermath".
