Backrooms: Escape Together is a tense, atmospheric horror game that nails the unsettling vibe of the infamous Backrooms lore. The game’s maze-like levels create a constant feeling of dread and claustrophobia, while the minimalist visuals and eerie sounds amplify the fear. Playing cooperatively with friends adds a thrilling layer of teamwork and communication, as you try to solve puzzles and avoid terrifying entities lurking around every corner. The game can get intense, especially when the pressure is on and every decision counts. Though still in early access with occasional bugs and rough edges, the developers are active and committed to improving the experience. If you love cooperative horror with a mysterious and creepy atmosphere, this game is definitely worth checking out.

2nd best backrooms game ever. can be 1st but need more levels.
games not being updated till it's finally added to console. meanwhile the devs are hostile to anyone asking for updates as it's been almost 4 months since anything was even done to the game. no update schedule. just "soon" and "once it's released on console" absolute clowns of devs that are just cash grabbing and making excuses. go buy another backrooms game. anything is better than supporting this
this game is so scary that i pooped my pants and it overflowed and went up my nose. would recommend.
"the monster has 20 hands and at least six of them are crusty" - A passing observation as I yell into the void, probably The Backrooms started as something experimental and a fever dream that has evolved into a massive, collaborative phenomenon that feels like another SCP Foundation. Some SCP fans might find that a little offensive, some might find it flattering. I'm just making an observation. Following the trend of multiplayer task-based horror games, Backrooms: Escape Together has you play as a scientist exploring the depths of the Backrooms, and attempting to escape from them while avoiding the horrors that exist within. With numerous levels, and multiple ways to escape, not to mention decent graphics and good sound design, BET is more than than the sum of it's parts. It's punishing, but the difficulty spikes from level to level seem a little unpredictable, and I think that's almost the point - the game structures itself as a hellscape where attempting to predict what happen...
Very fun game, just wish there were more levels out to play. This is the first Backrooms game my friends and I downloaded and this one is the most realistic. I can't wait for the updates and more levels to be added!
Out of all the Backrooms games I played so far, this one takes the cake. The art style is on point, the puzzles have great pacing for a game like this, and the purgatory runs are an absolute blast. There will almost certainly be that one friend who, for the life of them, just can’t shut up in the level where you have to shut up. That may or may not ruin your purgatory run but it’s always hilarious and worth it. Oh, and that one friend might be me. Sorry again.
It brought me and my friends closer to together and made me an overall better person...
Very fun with friends. All levels are unique and some are actually pretty tense. For the gameplay, just follow the objectives, watch for your health (that you can get back with almond water and other items..) and revive your teammates when they're down. There are equipment slots but nothing such as that in the game (for now). Just beware, the more you are, the harder it will get, because you need to split all the resources, and in hardcore mode, a death means starting all the way from the start. It took me 6~ hours of playtime to get all achievements, each time played with 4-5 friends. Fun time, I'll be waiting for more content.
This is a very well done Backrooms game. I've only played this game for a few hours and I genuinely love it. The second level with the generators is super uncomfortable, devs did a great job with that one.
