Looks very early in development, but I don't care. Been a long time since I've seen a decent base defence game like Elona Shooter or the first two Last Stand games.

For anyone that was obsessed with Elona Shooter during the golden age of Flash, this is the game for you. Growing up during the time periods of Kongregate, Armor Games, Miniclip and Newgrounds, The Wall Mustn't Fall was basically love at first sight. The Wall Mustn't Fall (abbreviated to TWMF) follows a fairly straightforward gameplay loop, divided into two "phases" - Defending and Base Management. The first phase of TWMF is the hands-on gameplay. As the title states, your job is to defend the wall on the right from onslaughts of enemies that come from the left in the form of waves. Enemies are plenty, but early in the run of course your adversaries are simple such as sheep and birds (crows?) that are fairly mundane and simply waltz to your wall. Rest assured however as you progress you will encounter more complex enemies and even bosses that have unique strategies. Your character defends by shooting at enemies with a variety of weapons using left click. Alternatively, you can press...
People compare it to Elona Shooter(Flash Game) But honestly its just a very cheap copy, that literally has none of the good features from it, No reason to manual Aim(No weak points from Mobs aka Crit exist) the economy is literally just invest 10 to generate 1 more for the next 100 or whatsoever rounds. Not gonna lie, the first 1-2 hours feel similiar and pretty good, but after that you realize extremely fast its just put everything on automatic, because you´ve 0 idea whats happening anymore on the Screen, becomes pretty impossible to aim yourself after you make it a few Waves in, because just too much random shit happening. The biggest issue, Balancing doesn´t exist whatsoever, only for the first like 20 Levels, after that you wont even see Enemies/Bosses anymore because everything just dies off screen and you probably just end up gettin one shot from one of the later waves no matter how much Armor/Hp you got. I really wanted to like the Game, because i absolutely loved Elona sho...
Straight out of a 2005 mini-game website And even more potential what this game can become. Right now its quite hard as an Autobattler (which I mainly got this for).
Crypto bro said "This game has sack dude" Gaming Granny said "I could play this sh!t on any screen" Boosted Gamer Girl said "It's so good you should gift it to me so I can gift it to my boyfriend" CONGRATS to The Wall Mustn't Fall for making it passed the refund stage. I actually knew I was keeping it after only five minutes of game play and I'll tell you why. Half The Last Stand (OG games not remakes) half Super Auto pets and a little dash of Just King. This game has me feeling like I'm back in the Kongregate days and I'm loving every second of it. Even the artwork is kinda South Parkish which I dig, I play podcast in the background but what music I did hear was decent. Game dropped TODAY in early access, but I didn't find any bugs and I had 0 crashes. This is how a game should enter EA. Also did I mention the game is ONLY $3! You could shake that much out your uncle's old garage couch. Now if I am being honest my vote for this game comes with a small bias boost. I been waiting for...
I'm a bit obsessed with this game right now. There is a surprising amount of depth, and tons-and-tons of different elements, with cool synergies that are very fun to play around with. If you like to fiddle around with different auto-battler-strategies, you'll very probably love this. Edit: This game has only gotten better since I first wrote this review, and as you can see I have been playing it A LOT. We now have: * All the 100 levels, each with interesting enemies with different abilities, including 20 really cool bosses * All the units, across 5 tiers, with cool, interesting abilities and synergies * An 'ascension'-style system, "Sacrifice", which provides (a lot of) extra challenge and achievements for those of us that need it * A good amount of fun and well though out meta-upgrades. For those not really into meta-progression upgrades: The game is still balanced around begin able to complete it without the meta upgrades, and the game keeps track of which 'Sacrifice' levels you ha...
If you have played elona shooter - you will love this game. Will love to see where this game goes. Price is perfect. This will be a trending game on steam in the following months. Watch. EDIT: After 20+ hours I can say this game cannot get old. Past year I have been fighting the urge to make a game like elona shooter- tt was one of my favorite games growing up. The wall mustn't fall adds so much more content. Every update we get more and more stuff. Great dev who listens to the player base, fixes bugs and actually works on the game.
This game is very enjoyable. The format is simple but it manages to entertain me for long hours. :D
its like the old flash game Elona shooter only a lot harder
Got to day 20 then the game crashed with some overflow error. Pretty neat little time waster for less than a 12-pack of coke HOLY FUCK WHY IS A 12 PACK OF COKE 8 GOD DAMN DOLLARS MIGHT AS WELL BE BUYING DRUGS. Alright sounds and music, shop theme is comfy. Like the team synergy stuff and trying to maximize bonuses. Game can get pretty unforgiving so finally getting past round 8 felt good. Hopefully a way soon to level the talent tree besides dying.
