Legend of Snake

Short SRPG Studio game along the lines of Legend of Zero, featuring a gauntlet of 11 stages, but in this one your team is a bunch of spellcasters and your resources are no longer nearly as limited, making it kind of a breeze as long as you play intelligently, especially on Normal. (Hard features permadeath, which makes a few stages which have enormous-range sniper enemies much trickier.) In an improvement from Legend of Zero, you actually get a bunch of improvements throughout the game in terms of new spells, skills at levels 5 and 15, and class promotions for two of the characters at level 10. Similarly, this one was about an hour long - 53 minutes for me - but less challenging. It was also less buggy and the gimmicks all worked, though, so it's about even with Legend of Zero. Again, given the dev wants all of a dollar for it, it's going to get a light recommendation from me. If you want something with an actual story or depth, though, you should still look elsewhere.

Challenging, But don't expect longer than 2 hours of gameplay, its much shorter than Cina, and on the hard difficulty is harder than Zero.
