You are defending a statue and against more and more enemys. Otherwise it has all core mechanics and features of a roguelite-survivorlike. It has enormous potential. 7/10
Follow Impressive Rogue Games to find more Survivorlike, Deckbuilder, Roguelite and Autobattler games.
This game at present release (time of this review) is a "tower defense" in the loosest definition of the term. TL;DR: Given the lack of a neutral vote... I have to unfortunately place this as a No, because without the adjustments I mention below, I think this game ends up being ultimately forgettable and is held back by its own lack of embracing its identity. Other games have done the "guard the tower" better. If this is a done deal, then the game missed the mark. While it is fine to play to a point, progression appears slanted, and the grind can get a bit tedious given the VERY stacked difficulty against the player. Level ups (which are frequently mentioned as a problem), are infact launched randomly around the entire arena (sometimes within the boundaries of your "base camp"). You have movement speed (upgrades), and two power ups (a magnet and barrier) that appear to drop frequently based on your luck stat. In the 2 hours of play, I personally have not found the level ups to...

As it stands it's not really all that fun. Having a central point to defend is a nice idea until you're expected to leave the area that's being swarmed with enemies to actually go collect your level up. It starts a little failure spiral since you're not strong enough to defend the point, yet you need to leave the point to get stronger. I'll play some more to see if the meta progression grind makes it feel anyway better.

This idea is extremely good as it gives incentive to stay put and feels like you are playing the game still. Games like Vampire Survivor etc, after you have ultimate build, you feel kinda like you are not playing the game by standing still.

It's a good hybrid between a survivors and a tower defense. It's a little awkward to get used to the mix, but it's fun.

If you want an easy mode tower defense game, than this isn't for you. If you want a defense action rogue like thing then you will enjoy this game.

Cool game! Easy to play, very chill, but this game features with combination the Tower Defense and Vampire Survivors elements, which is not that good as i expect

The premise is interesting, the implementation is bad. It fails to differentiate and combine the Tower Defense and Vampire Survivors elements. The translation is mediocre, unnatural, and sometimes wrong. For example: some upgrades are labeled "increase cooldown" when it actually decreases it. On a technical level it's bad: -No steam cloud saves -Doesn't even start on my main PC (RTX3090), just generates a crashlog, while it starts fine on laptop (RTX3050) and on secondary PC (ARC 750) Even if the technical stuff would be fixed, the realization of the base idea: merging bullet hell with TD is lacking. Could use more TD elements (towers, mazing) to make it stand out from the bullet hell crowd. Not recommended in it's current state.

decent game but the character sprites are re-used from other games. I've seen at least 3 other games with the exact same characters. Anyway it's fun enough for some quick dopamine. Puts a bit of a twist on the vampire survivors formula by having you defend the center of the map.
