About the Game

Honeymancer is a cute RPG with wave-based combat where you play as a Bear Witch who uses honey magic to protect the forest from evil robots and help her fellow neighbours.

BEEKEEPING & GARDENING

As a honeymancer, you need honey to cast spells. Help your bee buddies make honey by planting flowers so that they can collect nectar from them. The more flowers you have, the more honey they make.

There is a wide variety of flowers that you can choose from, pick the ones you like and fill the forest with flowers!

SAVE THE FOREST

Evil robots have invaded the forest you live in, and it is up to you to stop them.

Use your honey magic to prevent them from destroying trees throughout the forest. The robots come in waves and each wave is tougher than the last. Make sure to use your honey wisely!

As a honeymancer, you will unlock and learn different spells that will help you in the fight against the robots.

BEFRIEND YOUR NEIGHBORS

You will need to leave the Bear Witch's comfort zone and befriend the other animals in the forest. Do your best by helping and supporting them through personal quests. By helping them you will unlock new spells, flowers, colors, and more!

Being kind and helpful is good for everyone!

Kill robots, plant seeds, save the forest. Very, very cute world and fun action to keep things things interesting. Also bumble dog is cool and all but I fight for Crow. No harm shall ever befall them as long as I still breathe.

I have been looking forward to Honeymancer for a while! This art style is absolutely gorgeous and pulled me in from the first second I saw it. The atmosphere in the game is so immersive, everything is honey themed and adorable. I have to admit the game needs a little more time in the oven, which is fair for early access. There is room for improvement in terms of smoothness, accessibility and quality of life. There isn't much content at this point. It's pretty much wake up, go to a dungeon, either clear it or die, poof, back in bed, wake up again, rinse repeat. It's clear that there is a lot of love in this game, though, and I'm sure it'll become amazing over time. That said, I'm still recommending the game. See it as an investment it what has all the ingredients to become a super sweet game.

Absolutely adorable! The different areas are fun and the characters are really cute. The combat is fun as well, I had to stop and think a little on how to go forward with some of the waves (which is half the fun!) I also want to mention that the potion crafting is very charming. I definitely recommend this game, and I can’t wait to see more! <3

NOTE: I will update the review at a later date when more content is added, my review reflects the CURRENT state of the game as of 21/5/25 As the game currently stats, i cant reccomend the game. Personally i have a dislike for early access games, i understand the use and reason why, but i feel too many games out there take advantage of it. That aside. The game visually i really liked, same with the sound design, it all meshed together really well, and I'm someone who normally really dislikes the Banjo Kazooie style of talking audio. All the characters had distinct personalities that where noticably distinct and not just generic diolog. Crow is easily my fav Game play, While unpolished and a little rough has a lot of potentiol to be really good down the line when the game is fully completed i feel. but as it stand right now, it feels too awkward at times. mainly the salvaging only giving 10 honey back regardless of which enemy it is, it feel it the honey you get back should be more ...

Picked it up on a whim. Beautiful art and a wholesome setting. I think I'll jump back in when there are some achievements and more obvious aiming indicators for the right stick on the Steam Deck. It's early access so not expecting the world yet. Keep up the good work!
