Despite my usually not enjoying chain-to-match M3s, this series is great. You'll be playing for weeks at least if you want to get through all the content. The first 20 or 30 levels are relatively simple, but the further you go, the more blocked the playfields become where it is a matter of going back and forth between rooms to find the widget that will unlock another piece of the playfield until you can get to the required items to finish. Some levels have optional seals to collect, which are placed in the hardest to reach corners for an extra challenge. While the scene building is interesting, I would have liked it if the "find the vines" HOS had a little more contrast in the vine pieces and if there either weren't quite so many creatures floating around in the scene or if they had been a little smaller, because finding the hidden seals in the scene gets to be a real chore with all the critters and gods showing up. After finishing the first 108 levels, 9 bonus seal levels and 9 p...

About This Game

To help Hades in his quest to vanquish evil, you'll form chains of matching tokens and complete various tasks: find hearts and flowers of life, clear dark vines from the realm you are building, unleash lightning and remove obstacles to bring life to this desolate land.

On your adventure you will meet other gods from the Greek pantheon. Recover their lost powers by finding magical artifacts! Use their abilities at a time of need to shuffle the chips, or destroy firestones and monoliths.

The best way for me to procrastinate and forget that the game is running because how else will you get that 1500 minutes (25 hours) of gameplay. ... ... ... Wait a minute, I've been playing 74 hours, is there is something wrong ? ... ... ... Probably the same thing as for certain mandatory achievements being at the lower % than the achievements they are mandatory for... ... ... ... Yeah, probably the same :>
Fantastic graphics, SFX and appropriately suited music theme. A truly fun and unique match chain game.
excellent
It's fun and a great addition to the game,
Could be almost perfect - if they just reduced the number of random frozen tiles appearing. Just like in the first game, it's an infuriating addition - more so when you know the frozen tiles are not randomly generated, but specifically created to stop you making colour chains in that particular instant. With the timer disabled - there clearly isn't an issue. When you're against the clock, it's a different matter entirely. More so when you have zero control over it. Would be superb if they patched the frequency to be every 5 or 10 moves instead of every single turn.
Fun Match 3 (or more) game with a variety of impediments to keep the solving interesting. The only thing I don't like about this game is the required occasional hidden object puzzles that aren't interesting and just slow the fun part of the game down. I wish they were skippable. Works fine on Linux with Proton.
A great twist on the classic match 3, this is so much more, if you haven't played this or any others in the series, give it a go, you'll love it
The music is as annoying as ever, and the format is just like all the others. The art work is also just as primitive but there is still enough fascination to keep me playing. It seems to me as if they are making it easier to skip steps, to move the game along faster, but I am only a few hours in to it, so that may change. It's worth a good sale price but I think earlier versions are more worth the full price. YMMV
I've played all the others in this series and it continues to be good! Well done devs!
