KOTOR (1 &2) is a great example of what Star Wars can be outside the Skywalker Saga. How we went from this to disney garbage is going to be studied in the future.

I like KOTOR 1... But I love KOTOR 2.

in spite of the occasional crash, this game is fantastic, nearly everything about the quality of life and the upgrade system has been improved, unlike the first game you can now use specific dialogue options in certain scenarios based off of your skills. barring the uncomfortably long amount of time i spent in the first area backtracking and scratching my head. i love that the upgrading system for weapons and armor has been completely expanded upon, i love the writing and the differing perspectives of the companions, and i love the reappearing companions from the first game. I'm also very fond of the expanded options in dialogue for gaining light/darkside points. As well as the fact that we were given three whole extra slots for lightsaber upgrades. Also blaster characters feel much stronger in this game compared to the first.

my first playthrough i wasn't that big of a fan. Second playthrough got me hooked. This and KOTOR 1 are must plays if you're a Star Wars fan. Shame that this leads into SWTOR though...

PLEASE GIVE ME KOTOR 3 PLEASE

Would recommend if there wasn't a bug that makes it so your character can't move after combat. Save and Load is the only solution for me. It's supposedly tied to a frame rate bug, but I haven't had success with any solutions as of yet.
