Assassin’s Creed® III

Ubisoft has stolen my game! They removed the original AS III from their store and refused to restore my copy. Now, when I try to play the game on Steam, Ubisoft Connect requests a key. I already have an official key on Steam, so I insert it into Ubisoft Connect, but I get an error.Amazing! I paid for it, but Ubisoft just stole my game. No refund, no compensation, no regrets from Ubisoft. They just spitted to my face. Ubisoft, I hate you. I will never buy any of your games again.

Assassin’s Creed III is one of those games that sounds amazing when you first hear about it - American Revolution setting, a brand-new hero with a unique background, huge open landscapes - but somewhere along the way, the fun gets lost. You play as Connor, a half-Mohawk, half-English Assassin stuck between two worlds. His story could’ve been powerful, but the game takes forever to actually let you play it. The first several hours feel more like a history lesson than an adventure and by the time you get proper freedom, the momentum is already slipping. The world itself looks great for its time: snowy forests, busy colonial streets and a proper day-night cycle really set the scene. Naval battles? Genuinely cool. Climbing trees instead of rooftops? Garbage that I bought 13 years ago

On one hand: good (but not great) game. On the other hand: [b] UbiSoft [/b] Most heartbreaking "Not Recommended" of my collection.

Refreshingly different from the previous games in the series while still keeping true to the core. Good story and gameplay.

Game does not hold up. Story is mid and gameplay is atrocious.

I played this game while my wife gave birth. Amazing!!!!

somehow this is the closest a montreal company has come to making a game in montreal. and that lowkey makes me mad. also AC boring gameplay loop ngl
