Game is good, but the in-game achievements and Steam achievements and not aligned

The game is quite fun, but two main issues i have run into are the fact that the screen size does not fit my computer so whenever i mis-click i risk exiting the game and losing my run, and the steam achievements are not synced up to the ingame achievements.
