Crossfar does a beautiful job capturing the physicality of space combat. It's incredibly immersive, sucking you into the universe you play in, then you blink and it's been 3 hours of gameplay. So much strategy balanced by incredibly well-designed ship to ship combat, it really feels like playing chess - there's a seemingly infinite amount of strategy. Game optimization is on point, and ship variety really feels impactful. Can't recommend the game enough to those who want to really dig their teeth into a simple on the surface, depth for days type of PvP game.

goodgame
I suck at it. But still it's fun. Seems like it is a chill community. You always find a match. I like the fact that the movement is really like you feel in space. You can turn around in whatever direction and ask yourself: what is up? What is done? But it does not matter - because you still somehow get along. Somehow I wish there was simply a map where I could fly around and train the combat a little. A playground scene, simply. Fly through a metroid field. Oh, and more music. But the Dev is working on it - which is good. This project is far from being abandoned.
