Almost 5 Years and still in EA... What a joke

Airmech was one of my most favourite games ever! It was simply awesome! Its gameplay is fantastic and there is a lot to keep you engaged. Do keep in mind that there haven't been a huge update is some time that brought any groundbreaking content or new characters. They improved the tutorials and added a small but insignificant campaign, but that's about it! I felt that the recent release of the game's VR version drawed the focus of the devs away from the original game. I am not sure though. Give the game a whirl! Its quite worth it!

It's a great game,actually It's like Starcraft,except you're part of the action Quite fun ONE MAJOR COMPLAIN THOUGH Connectivity problems make no sense... One game,I can invite a guy,but the next game,suddenly the game says "nope" and can't invite him It makes NO sense If you like playing alone,it's alright But until they fix the connectivity problem,It's hard to recommend if you wanna play with others online

I used to play this a long time ago. Before it got on Steam. Now, I am older and have money, so I buy the Prime pack and install the game. What do I come to? Not having access to the main menu, or the pack that I bought, and being forced to play all 12 levels of the campaign. Why? Because the developers don't want people just jumping into multiplayer matches without knowing how to play. Oh okay, so because of that, I'm not able to use anything I bought, and I'm forced to beat the campaign just to be able to look t the main menu? That is one of the dumbest decisions I have ever seen developers make for a game. Most likely one of the top 5 on my list of stupid decisions. So, if you love being forced to beat the campaing before doing anything else, go ahead and play this game. Just don't buy anything yet.

Reminded me of the fun of Command & Conquer and perhaps a little bit of the fast paced feel of Starcraft. Great way to waste a little time, usually I can do a battle and by the time I'm done look up and at least a half-hour has gone by, and i'm not irritated, cuz I had fun :). That's what airmech is to me.

Not much strategy other than "rush the bases early". Players have abandoned it. Good for a free diversion but that's about it.
