8/10 proof that speccy games rule. Sometimes. This is a very novel platformer that I am surprised did not start a genre. There was bounder 2 which was a kind of shooter but this type of game does not seem to have caught on. As such, it still comes across as novel. It always a very cruel game - it is VERY frustrating and the control system is as fudgey as the original speccy keyboards. It is a great game to drop in and out of and shows that kernel of playability is vital in gaming. One obersavtion about Pixel Games - no instructions. OK, this is quite a simple game but after having to return Avenger recentlky, they really need to think about the presentation of the games - not just the emulator.
