This game has a very liner story, it was tricky to follow at first but after a little bit i figured it out! i enjoyed the outcome of the story very much, it intrigued me to keep going and never slowed down as i figured each puzzle out to get to the next section of the game. the subtle Easter eggs were very enjoyable to hear as well. If you have a few hours to sit down relax and play through the story i highly recommend playing this game!
Unfortunately Broken
A stilted delivery spoils this walking sim. Every clue is rather oblique and often when the narrated clues play, they not only lack continuity, but they don't play a second time for you. The game suffers from not having triggers that actually lead you and point you in any direction, much like the furniture and items in the game that lie around a bit randomly. And as usual a bit too much walking aimlessly.
Beautiful but buggy
I could not get an FOV setting that actually worked well for me and did not make my gut roll, I managed to roughly complete the game, but a few bugs frustrate. It is pretty, the story is interesting, but it leaps about far too weirdly to make any kind of mind picture about what is going on. There are some interesting visuals, and you can see how the game was really a huge amount of work to put together. Especially for a solo developer working hard with Unity engine in a few interesting ways to make the story show different en...

For What Will Come brings a strong little showing to the table with an intriguing story having a slow burn feel before the tension rises rapidly. Overall, a worthwhile distraction for several hours. The developer has been extremely engaging and proactive with bug fixers and improvements. Each update has seen long strides in quality and even story elements.

I loved this! The environment was beautiful - everything was vibrant and realistic. The lighting was great! I'm a huge baby that hates being in the dark in games so I usually turn my brightness up, but I ended up turned my brightness down significantly lower than I would normally set it to just so I could experience how gorgeous the sky and lighting in the game. I'm also a sucker for water in games and the water was gorgeous but that's just my own preference. I really enjoyed following the story line and trying to figure out what's going on every time I'd pick up a note or enter a new area. Finding new information about the characters through documents, family notes, and Abby's dialogue while noticing subtle, unsettling moments as you move throughout the area really held my interest. Also, I'd just like to say that Fitzy is an amazing dev! Exceptionally helpful whenever I (and any other player) found a bug, had a question, or didn't know what to do. Bugs would ...

Walking simulators are supposed to take you through a story while walking through it. Instead, this game relies on written notes, meaning that the the graphics are just fluff and you might as we have a VN. Graphics are pretty, but settings jump around and don't stay applied. Also, there are several bugs, both graphical and story wise that prevent / mess up immersion and even progress.

really enjoyed the soundtrack A+. worth a play bought around $6. walking sim but with couple puzzles, although you can skip 2 of them technically. pay attention to notes, it matters on what to do next and where to go. I did have to reduce down to low graphs, the movement otherwise was making me sick, worked fine after that.

What a total abomination! Where do I even start. You basically walk a few feet then wait for the next section to Load. Yet there are MMOPGs that never load. I thought this was solved by 2008! It's a cluttered mess where you clunk along directionless with almost nothing to click on. Once you do it's either a narration or letter. You start by cleaning up a bunch of basic reused assets ie beer bottles, then go to an underwater cave that was a complete nightmare to navigate. The scene was so messy, it took over 10 minutes to find my way back out. Once back in the parent's house, I finally got in their tiny bedroom to get a code, only to find the basement keypad was no longer clickable! So I saved and exited the game, hoping I could just load the save and maybe the issue would be resolved, only to find ALL of my Game Saves were DELETED!!! Yet the title screen somehow has a "delete saved games" option, but no LOAD option! I really wanted to get cozy with this game, but unfortunately it's a s...

I bought this game thinking, I am in need of a different game genre to play. Well goodness, did I get that! I don't ever write reviews, but here I am. I will say that I got stuck in the beginning, but realised I didn't think out of the box. I had to google, and when I realised, I thought to myself , it was right there! Certain things I can critique, but the game kept me in this loop of "what?!". Not just Huh? But oh my goodness?? (I kept saying this to myself, the whole time while playing the game). The wait WHAT?! Brilliant!! Visuals 100% Graphics 100% Audio 100% Story 100% Music/Soundtrack 100% (even downloaded Red Division's Tainted) This game still leaves me perplexed, like a great book would do. Thinking and Guessing. But also taking something from it in real life. Stop trying to make everyone else happy but yourself. Thank you for such an eye opener, not only in game, but for life itself.
