feels like a loop hero 1 demo. limited tile interactions, optimal placement is too easy. the anime girls are cute but there are about 8 total frames of them. i've seen only 2/3 passive trees and 3/5 areas in 14 hours because it's very grindy but feel fine already leaving a negative review because at $16 this is a money grab.

Scratches the loop hero itch while they deal with...world issues. Similar but different enough to stand out on its own. Semi-difficult and a bit of puzzling to get pass each encounter and the game unravels nicely. A bit more thinking then required a Standard JRPG but everything can be solve with a bit of resource grinding as its spike your power quite a bit, but that a bit of a light puzzle itself so its still engaging. The difficulty also spikes quite a bit too but falls behind a bit towards the endgame as you can just mitigate, heal, lifeleech, stun, all your encounter. The biggest issue with the game is that it interesting powering up but eventually your build just converge and blobs into a homogenized to the point you just do everything well. Skill nodes are unlock through tiers where you eventually learn every skill before moving onto the next tier, before facing the boss you just cap HP, attack speed, summon speed, and summon count, etc. Same with the bosses, they just summon s...
Leaving my initial review but changing my recommend, Came back with a different understanding of the game and enjoyed it more. I love to grind resources and waste time. If you dig this style of game give it a shot. --Original negative review -- Neko Loop is a game that I enjoyed immensely initially, but the grind really threw me off. After around 7 hours of gameplay I'm finally getting into my groove and everything is starting to click. My loops are tighter, I'm utilizing shovels, feeling good. Half an hour later the the boss arrives, I get roflstomped, lose 60% of everything I've earned leaving me with nothing to use for base upgrades and I just feel like I've wasted my time. Maybe it's just me and its simply the genre that doesn't appeal to me, but unless you love to grind resources and lose a lot you might want to pass on this one. I'm probably not going back to it.
Veo mucho potencial en este juego, ¡estoy deseando ver qué le depara el futuro!
