About This Game

Waitventure is an idle RPG focused around Time, recruiting monsters and fusioning them to get stronger allies in your party.

The game currency is "seconds", and you get one second/second at first, that can be increased later. After choosing your main character class, you can train your player, level up, increase their stats and learn new skills, by using your time currency.

When you are ready for the adventure, you can enter the dungeon, where your party will fight enemies in automated battles, and sometimes, the enemies will join your team! And when you come back to town, if your allies are strong enough, you can fuse them to get monsters and humans from a higher tier, with different stats and abilities.

The dungeon is divided into years, months and days, like a calendar. At the end of each day there is a boss, that is stronger than regular enemies, but gives more EXP. Can you reach 31st December and beat the final boss?

If you like Idle games that you can just start, walk away or watch a show, then come back and do a little work then repeat, this is a solid title for you. Pick your class, enter the dungeon, and let the game chug away. Random things will join you along the way. When you exit the dungeon, you fuse various critters in to higher level critters, distribute skill points, head back in to the dungeon. There is a prestige mechanic allowing you to purchase permanent upgrades. I read about Challenges being unlocked, but I haven't gotten that far yet. There is a unique mechanic here in that the time spent playing accrues in real time, letting you bank seconds to be used in various aspects of the game. It's the first time I've run across actual time being used as currency in a game. The game is playable for free (option to watch an ad for a temporary speed buff) at archlemon.net . I prefer Steam to browser so here I am. There is no difference between the platforms. FYI, the previous play progr...

Well worth paying for. At times it is confusing as heck, it feels like it is missing features, balancing and tutorial, but it is tons of fun. It is in the alpha stages according to the website. Did I mention the game is free there? Yes it is! So basically what do you pay for? Well, other than helping out the dev and ensuring he will keep working on the game, you can click the ad button (that doesn't work on the website) to double the speed of the game, you only need to click it every few hours. P.s. the game IS very alpha, currently the game loop is just reset, buy a ton of tavern, fuse everything, keep 1 tank specialized in high hp, mp and defense and 3 others with high attack and speed. Seeing as currently only the one in front gets attack, high mp and high defense is useless on anyone but the vanguard. Now you do one 10x fast speed, open all the chests, heal, repeat. You will end up with a ton of time from the chests, when it starts to get around 1-2 hours per speedup, it is time t...

Game play here: https://youtu.be/lW8pLdZESxo If you like breeding and idle games this is pretty A+ my only major complaint is that the game lags if you leave it open until you close and reopen which is pretty bad optimization for the UI and graphics in the game and it's an idle game so that's a bit counter-intuitive. I did really enjoy gathering the monsters and the fact the game lets you allocate a majority of their skill points seeing all the types of fusions was nice and it's not incredibly hard to get them. I personally like more active elements in my idle games and there's not much in this one, but that's just personal preference. The achievements for the most part are pretty easy to get and there's a good bit to figure out as you play through. Definitely worth the price.

Idle/Auto battler Prestige - Yes Active Play - You will need to be at least 50% active Visuals - Changing Environment, Changing classes/monsters Special Mechanics - Merge duplicate classes/monsters to get stronger Cash Shop - None, There is a speed up button that mentions an advertisement but nothing plays so maybe it's a holdover from a mobile port. There's a lot of different systems at play in this game. Classes, Monsters, merging; using time as currency to speed up combat, healing, or leveling. You can go full auto but the more you keep active the better. Merging needs to be kept an eye on or party members might accidentally merge with each other.

I don't usually write reviews for idle games but i have actually played quite a few. They all seem very generic and the same rinse and repeat formula of leveling up stuff to get more stuff, start over for some perks to get the same stuff all over again but faster. This particular game doesn't follow the same formula, it has the idle aspects but with a new added aspect. This particular one seems to bank the time you put into it and in a way use that as a form of currency for upgrading characters or getting speed boosts. As well the merging of your characters is a nice added bonus, eventually inevitably your going to get to the end and have everything that can't be avoided unless you quit. However so far I'm enjoying the journey getting there, i don't have to put in much time but when I do I'm more entertained than just following the upgrade stuff to get faster resources, I'm actually enjoying the building up of the characters and fusing them. I hope the developers add to the game just...

Fun premise for a game, get it on sale for around $1 though, just needs a couple of prestige layers. Currently has one and there really isnt much calling to me to keep playing sadly. I'll come back after some updates hopefully.
