Twenty-second century Earth. Five years after the rebellion on Mars.
For the last 15 years, Sopot, the corrupt dictator, has oppressed the people of the Commonwealth. Red Faction II feels like a budget knockoff of itself and that’s impressive in the worst way possible. The destructible environments are still here, but now they’re just decoration for a bland shooting gallery.
