Now, in this long-awaited sequel, the deep, explorable fantasy world of Dragon’s Dogma 2 awaits.

On your journey, you’ll be joined by Pawns, mysterious otherworldly beings, in an adventure so unique you will feel as if accompanied by other players while on your own adventure.

All of these elements are elevated further through physics technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and the latest in graphics, to create a truly immersive fantasy world in Dragon’s Dogma 2.

and enter a covenant with up to 2 additional Pawns from other players through the network.

Facing the monsters in this world

Beyond the town borders, you will encounter diverse monsters that inhabit the lands.
You will need to decide between engaging in battles or finding alternatives;
so be aware of your party’s setup, the terrain around you, and the monsters you face.

Inhabitants of this world

Travelers, merchants, soldiers and other folk go about their daily lives.
Preoccupied by their own objectives and motives, they all exhibit different emotions.
At times, they may lead you to a quest by approaching you and asking for a favor.

If you're looking for an honest unbiased review of the game, I suggest you read this one: I waited a whole year to play this game do to mixed reviews and issues with the game. I also bought this game when it was on sale which if I recall was about half off. I also did play Dark Arisen, so I am basing my experiences off of that. One of the biggest hurdles for me was hearing about the performance of the game. It was heavily disappointing to see that a game was released with so many issues so I can understand the negative reviews at the game's launch As of right now I barely have any issues with the game's performance. Here are my computer specs: 13 Gen Intel(R) Core i7-13700k, 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 While there are a few glitches here and there it's nothing that stops my progress of the game. When I enter the towns I actually don't have any problems with lagging or any drops. I optimized my game to make it run with my computer, which I strongly suggest even if you do hav...

Every-time i remember this game i realize i got scammed and get mad. been more than a year now of no news so pretty safe to say they have no plans of fixing or improving the game whatsoever now. really was just a glorified tech demo for mh wilds.

I want to love this game, I really do. It's a lot like the first game with some additions but the story is lacking, there is almost no enemy variety and the outdated systems that remain here from the first game, (especially fast travel) really hurt it. I cant in good conscience recommend it outside of a deep sale.

What an incredible adventure! I finally 100% completed this game after about a month... and wow, what a ride! Hands down one of the best RPGs I’ve ever played! I had this on my wishlist forever, and now that I finally got to play it (thanks to upgrading from my potato PC 😆), it was totally worth the wait! I think the game overall was pretty good, but they dropped the game and a patch or two, and then said 'screw it' and dropped the game into the abyss. Game hasn't been updated since and hard mode was never added. Great experience, but the developers stopped caring for the game and the players almost immediately.

With 80+ hours, I really don't understand where the hate is coming from in regards to the performance, and just gameplay. I've had a blast with the game and I will be playing again in the future. I get that, for long time fans of the first game it could be a "let down". But as far as I know, it's a great game. Amazing even. Would recommend it to anyone. The story is good. It's basic, but it's enough to get you going. The side quests are the real heroes. They are fun, and they bring you to locations that makes you feel that you shouldn't be there yet. The sense of wonder is definitely in this game. I do not think this game deserves mixed reviews. It should have at least positive.

Pretty cool so far, just don't buy the deluxe edition because everything within can be found for free.

Beat the game at 23 hours. Game is so lacking compared to Dark Arisen. They butchered the classes, the controls somehow feel clunkier than the last game, and the pawns are somehow even worse than Dark Arisen. I honestly expected better. I'm on a decent gaming PC and i barely get a steady 45fps. I would have expected that the performance would have been patched or something after a year. Come on Capcom.

After a recent playthrough, I've come to understand my feelings about this game. Dragons Dogma 2 shares a similar fate to Dragons Dogma 1. Highly ambitious story, fun gameplay, deep combat class systems, and just all around a good time spent. Yet I see the flaws more; hardware intense graphics, odd choices that regress stuff done in Dark Arisen, and stumbling with wrapping up the loose threads in the end. Is it disappointing DD2 didn't stick the landing? Yeah But I did have fun regardless, flaws and all.

This game has to be about the worst, visually ugliest and most un-optimized mess I have ever witnessed in my entire life. When I first played it on my own PC, it was among the only 2 recently released games that I couldn't even run above 15fps, and when I tried it on an external rig at max settings and near perfect fps, it looked like someone dragged it through the mud. It had a fuzzy screen, stretched resolution that most definitely wasn't 1920x1080 despite the settings and playing the game was UTTER SUFFERING for my eyes. I will admit that the character creator was quite lovely, but if you can't even enjoy the game without a heap of problems, what's the point? I can't un-recommend this more, it's just not worth the funds.
