Perfect arcade racing game that you can chill and jam to music while playing ~
Fun for a few hours, but the content is somewhat lacking. Can be boring for some.
The racing is fun, with different difficulties for different ages and skill levels. The online vs other players is mostly dead as others have mentioned, but honestly that's not a big deal, as the ai is fun enough and the game still allows you to do vs split screen and lobbies of up to 9 other players, so you can easily play this with friends, etc. The track builder is not very good, so that was disappointing, but that's not why I got the game. The game is best when it's on sale, do not buy for full price as you may feel slightly lost on the value. Ultimately, the game is great if you catch it on sale though.
I think this game is fair in single player, however in multiplayer... I couldn't figure out how to play against bots and friends at the same time, I don't think it's an option to have both Several of the maps are completely disorienting and have you drive off cliffs to reach X destination but don't guide you properly and have you lost in the open world portion of the maps As far as I know you **cannot** select a particular map to play with a friend, you get a choice of 5 random maps that shuffle each time, Loading into a match takes a while and it's because of the game itself - not because of what disk drives or SSD's are being used It's unfortunate, my friend and I quite liked the first Unleashed but the second one feels like an overwhelmingly diluted quality of life and gameplay experience
A fun sequel to the first game!
Great game but its not active. Wait forever to try and play someone and finds no one to race against. Would be nice if they did more with it. Its fun tho. I would recommend if its on sale but not full price and dont waste money on add ons.
If you grew up with Hot Wheels and/or Arcade racers, the nostalgia isn't just bait, its a 5-course meal. I think that says enough tbh
Excellent Arcade
A fun arcade racer. Multiplayer is mostly dead (i did get a decent lobby once or twice but took a while to build up players). Almost 200 vehicles after dlc and quite a few game modes. The campaign is a decent size but the 4 expansion areas are pretty dissapointing and just repeat the same 3 tracks. Still I think this is a fun game in a genre where we dont get a lot of releases. Would play a 3rd one
