Everything about this game is fun except for the duels. Whoever designed and programmed them should not be allowed to ever participate in game/software development ever again. Classich Techland L where they make a fun base and then proceed to ruin it with useless "mechanics".

For $1.49 (as of writing this) you get smooth and tight gunplay, a simple yet compelling story, and a boat load of content to sink you teeth into (to which I haven't done yet but will soon), all in the length of an arcade style game. Highly recommend.

TBH, any hate to this game is capping their ass off this game is the best western shooter I've ever played. the visuals, the characters, and story are some of the coolest and funniest things ever, and the mind bending ending that will leave you like wtf I busted on my screen. please buy this game, its like crack but good for you.

An unpretentious cowboy western where you play as a past his prime bounty hunter Silas Greaves’ retelling a group of bar patrons the stories of his colorful past with varying levels of reliability and embellishment. Every chapter of the game represents a story that Silas will tell the other bar patrons about his colorful past often changing details on the fly as he is at times an unreliable narrator. Every level plays essentially the same, you arrive at the beginning of one of Silas's stories, elect from a relatively limited arsenal of weapons and shoot your way through western settings that are seen using (often cleverly) recycled assets and set pieces, its a simple but effective game play loop. As the levels progress Silas will often interject to add little embellishments and details that will often change the current game play mechanic or alter the world around you which I found to be a fun and engaging addition. Where this game really shines is through the duel mechanic. At th...

Ahh what a great game. Hell of a hot summer, I just got myselft a couple of whiskies, grabbed my guns, and ran after Jesse James. What more could a man need after work?

Truthfully, it's not the best looking game, but the cel-shaded style does lend it the advantage of highlighting items, enemies, and collectibles without an intrusive HUD interrupting the core of its gameplay: gunslinging. Violence and timing and the combination of the two are the crux of gameplay, always aiming for headshots while simultaneously looking for the next victim of your combo meter. The resulting gameplay loop is fast, smooth, and more importantly, satisfying as hell.

Not a great game. Don't like the cartoon style, don't like the gun-play, don't like the story. I got this at a deep sale for just over 1 dollar, so no big loss. But do yourself a favor and buy the original Red Dead Redemption, that's a much better game.

A basic Xbox 360 era shooter you may think, but.. This is a whiskey-soaked campfire tale loaded with bullet holes, ego, and more plot twists than a Clint Eastwood fever dream. BRILLIANT!
