Sleuthing at its best. IF you enjoy playing James Bond 007, and usually out-thinking an opponent instead of blowing out his brains, this is a good game. As you progress, you start to look at more inventive and lethal options, and begin to appreciate all the skills and opportunities available to Agent 47. You'll like this game.

Never got to finish it, was a lot of fun, Absolution has a lot of playstyles, weapons and diguises you can do and switching it up stays fresh. The online servers aren't online anymore, so you can't fully 100% the achievements which is quite sad though.

A mediocre at best stealth game that people pretend is good, because it's not complete dogshit. Bad story. Bad disguise system. Extremely restrictive level design. Subpar stealth mechanics. Can be beaten in a few hours. Mediocre graphics. But hey, the stealth is functional, the combat is good, and it's cinematic! So, it must be a good game.

I used a single Brick to finish off a bunch of nuns and then proceeded to kill the rest of the guards with the same brick while staying hidden... Not gonna lie I would do that again if I could 100% 47/10 Lor-ish agent 47

bad writing, cringe characters, bad level design, stupid sick plot device girl that becomes a girl boss that doesn't need protecting, time limit levels, unwinnable quick time events, abilities that come and go depending on the story. This game sucks

Hitman Absolution is easily one of the best Hitman games I’ve played. It combines unique, well-designed missions with a gripping storyline that dives deeper into Agent 47’s character. The game’s Instinct mode adds strategy, while its challenging AI and creative level design make every mission feel tense and rewarding. The visuals and sound design still hold up, and David Bateson’s voice work as 47 is top-tier. Whether you prefer silent assassinations or creative chaos, Absolution gives you plenty of freedom. Overall: A thrilling and polished stealth experience that’s a must-play for both fans and newcomers.

What I really love about this game is that it took a franchise renowned for its mechanic of disguising yourself as the enemy and blending in and replacing it with an even more useless "rub back of head" system to compliment the most generic third person shooter of all time

Hitman: Absolution is the black sheep of the franchise that divisive, stylish, and experimental. It’s not the pure assassination sandbox of its predecessors, nor the refined hybrid of the World of Assassination trilogy. Instead, it’s a noir action-thriller wearing the skin of a stealth sim. For newcomers, it’s a tense, cinematic ride. For purists, it’s a flawed but fascinating detour a reminder that even the world’s most meticulous assassin can take a risky shot. “A razor in a velvet sheath — beautiful, dangerous, and not without its cuts.”

Honestly this game is both underrated AND overhated. I was genuinely shocked to see people didnt like this one. This is a pretty good game. The story is great. 47 is really good here too. I like victoria too. The gameplay is good too!
