incredibly well done and really made me feel something profound. Some of the transitions felt like they could be a bit smoother, but overall i've enjoyed this a lot in terms of both audio and visual! would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely great VR experience, edited by the digital creativity festival Mutek. This experience takes us on a 12 minute ride that will fly by and feel like only a couple of minutes thanks to it's great immersive potential. I replayed it a few times to grasp all the details. The music is amazing. There is very little interaction though so it's really a sit and watch experience. Looking forward for more releases from this artist and Mutek !
It is a great experience! Mesmerizing landscapes and visuals. Great music that becomes very heavy at some point. There's a moment where some leaves appears over your hands at each keystroke in the music. I loved that! The experience overall is very cathartic. Should be played with good headphones!
It's an audio-visual performance piece consisting of music and visuals. Illustrates humans rebuilding natural and constructed landscapes, digitally from our perspective. Lines form patterns, pulsating sounds form music and visuals spiral into movement, all manipulating the viewer's perceptions. It has on-the-rails locomotion which I would like to say is about 'us insisting the landscape moves', instead of 'us having to move around in the landscape'...but, somehow, I just think it is a limitation of creating a VR version of a flat screen video. Eventually, there is a descent into tunnel vision and decay.
I was blown away by the immersive experience of Immortelle. The artist's use of VR technology is truly innovative, allowing players to fully engage with the emotional landscape of the performance. The fast-paced sound and visuals create a sense of urgency that drew me in, like a DMT trip. The abstract and figurative style also enhanced the emotional impact of the story. I particularly liked the transitions between scenes and the spatial audio quality. Overall, I highly recommend Immortelle to anyone interested in exploring the possibilities of VR technology and live A/V shows, and I am looking forward to the rest of the immersive collection by MUTEK.
Immortelle was my favorite VR experience ! It offers a 12 minutes immersive journey through Line Katcho's world of 3D creations and music. Immortelle feels like a race that blends architectural elements with landscape, sometimes verging on the absurd, and alternates between peaceful and apocalyptic atmospheres. I recommend it to everyone interested in digital art and music !
Very impressed with this experience. It's a cutting edge interpretation of the intersection of music, art, and technology, for which the roadmap does not yet exist. Something as visceral as a live audio-visual show is incredibly difficult to simulate in the virtual world, and you can tell the team behind this put a lot of effort into making something special.
