About This Game

Batman: Arkham City builds upon the intense, atmospheric foundation of Batman: Arkham Asylum, sending players flying through the expansive Arkham City - five times larger than the game world in Batman: Arkham Asylum - the new maximum security "home" for all of Gotham City's thugs, gangsters and insane criminal masterminds. Featuring an incredible Rogues Gallery of Gotham City's most dangerous criminals including Catwoman, The Joker, The Riddler, Two-Face, Harley Quinn, The Penguin, Mr. Freeze and many others, the game allows players to genuinely experience what it feels like to be The Dark Knight delivering justice on the streets of Gotham City.

Batman: Arkham City - Game of the Year Edition includes the following DLC:

  • Catwoman Pack

  • Nightwing Bundle Pack

  • Robin Bundle Pack

  • Harley Quinn’s Revenge

  • Challenge Map Pack

  • Arkham City Skins Pack

Batman: Arkham City - Game of the Year Edition packages new gameplay content, seven maps, three playable characters, and 12 skins beyond the original retail release:

  • Maps: Wayne Manor, Main Hall, Freight Train, Black Mask, The Joker's Carnival, Iceberg Lounge, and Batcave

  • Playable Characters: Catwoman, Robin and Nightwing

  • Skins: 1970s Batsuit, Year One Batman, The Dark Knight Returns, Earth One Batman, Batman Beyond Batman, Animated Batman, Sinestro Corps Batman, Long Halloween Catwoman, Animated Catwoman, Animated Robin, Red Robin and Animated Nightwing

This was the first Arkham game i played back in middle school on the 360. It really set the tone for the games in my opinion and i always had fun playing it.

The game is really good; it's already earning the "Game of the Year" title, which is great. But the game is also good in person. The combat system has been enhanced by adding to Batman: Arkham Asylum. It might also have the best story in the Arkham trilogy. Furthermore, playing with Catwoman, who contributes to the story, ensures the game won't get boring. After finishing the game, playing as Robin and playing the "Harley Quinn Revenge" bonus game is really fun, and it's a great thing that this bonus mini-game doesn't cost money. I hope Rocksteady makes more diverse DC games.

Great game! Gripping story, addictive gameplay, interesting puzzles, fascinating freeflow combat system which is fairly easy to learn but very hard to master (gamepad is a must). Classic!

The game has creative gameplay and is not boring like the Origin part. The storyline is truly impressive, worthy of being one of the best installments in the Batman game series.

Amazing story, Amazing graphics, and extremely fluid combat however the main campaign is too short even with the Catwoman dlc's. This is my 2nd Arkham Game finished and the Itch to play still has not gotten over. Amazing game.
