Wanted: Dead

Game makes no sense, the combat is still very rough, and the voice acting is painful. Buy on deep, deep sale if you want to try it out.

Im ngl this shit is jank as fuck youve honestly gotta really want to like this game before going in but with that being said i absolutely adore everything about this game its campy as fuck and reminds me of a hack and slash yakuza at times, shit isnt as hard as people make it out to be but its a lil rough in the beginning in the latter half the combat really opens up and starts to flow pretty well it feels liike a hack and slash game from ps2 era for as good and bad as that is

It’s very obvious they had good ideas, but they executed them in a cheap way, so the story is very bad while the gameplay is okay. They should have put more effort and work into it. I would say it’s an average game with some good moments.

kinda jank, but pretty fun

It's pretty cool to see a high budget action game like this. It's kinda slower then ninja gaiden but it adds a shooting mechanic that creates some depth. If anything it reminds me of the Deadpool game. There are some skill based movement that the game doesn't tell you about and the enemy placement can be a fuckin pain. But even with all that it still feels kinda unique, look up a tutorial and play on hard if you want a challenge.

Wanted: Dead is a rough game with even rougher edges in almost too-faithful an homage to 6th generation character action games. For there only being 5 of them - levels are long and demanding, urging you to do much of the heavy lifting, or dismembering in this case, as leader of a police task force who's other members are seemingly armed with Nerf guns in how little damage they do. The first level alone is absolutely no cake-walk in introducing you to the kinds of gauntlets you'll face. On top of their length, these levels' checkpoints (the little drones you can swap your attachments through) are few and far between which occasionally sees you flounder through 2-3 encounters you just beat, crossing your fingers you best the actual challenge that set you back. And, the cherry on top - there are skill trees meaning you'll only feel more mechanically competent the more you progress which... comes along learning how the combat system itself even works. This is all to say Wanted: Dead is off...

Good game, and I believe that if we give them the necessary support, they could make a much better second part.

I realy wanted to like this but how the game controls and the feel of the combat makes that impossile. sad.
