There's nothing in the description about how many of the adults/npcs are predatory creepers who keep trying to molest the 12-year old main character. I finally had to stop playing after one particularly jarring line.

Short but decent voxel Pokélike. Parts of the game aren't age-appropriate and they can come from out of nowhere, so just be mindful of that if you're not the only one playing it. Overall I enjoyed the journey though.
It's hard to go wrong for less than 2.50, and this game doesn't suck. It's janky and weird, but not terribly so. There were odd bugs and English errors, but nothing that made it unplayable. Stat buffs are just permanent, so I had a Cardmon with ~50 Defence and 60,000+ Attack by the end of the game. The music surprisingly bops. The first time one of the random NPCs is alleged to die, it's played as funny, and sure, why not? The next time, when an NPC kills himself, it's kinda just... weird? Likewise when the first NPC you battle makes a sexual joke toward you, I think it's meant to be funny, but it just comes off as a totally realistic interaction you'd have as a young girl with a sleazy creep. Later on though, there are just straight-up incidental paedophiles for no particular reason. One threatens you with violence and then asks you to please not call the cops after you beat him. Another, labelled "horny femboy" says "please cum inside, you're such a cute little boy ;)" and it's lik...
Game is very weird. Npcs sometimes say things that a bit disgusting and took me out of the game. Overall, it's not really good or fun to play. Kind of worth playing through once... but also not really. There's only like 20 monsters in the game and 4 gyms, type balance makes no sense, tons of gamebreaking bugs or overall janky segments. If you buy this be aware it's not even close to a pokemon clone, it's like a very, very poorly made pokemon parody.
Honestly, for $3, I'm not even upset The comedy is enjoyable and the creatures are kinda fun, though obviously it needs a lot of balancing (mostly your attacks being too op, or leveling up too fast, and elements vs weak vs effective is whacky too) would also be nice to see new features like an exp bar or element on the ui in a fight so you can tell what element a monster is easier Also making a community discord or something to join for a community would be nice to
I played through this whole game on my Steam Deck. It is a fun little janky Pokemon like game. It’s short. I 100% it in 5 hours and I spent a decent amount of time messing around. There are 23 Cardmon to collect. There are 6 different types, each weak or strong against certain other types. You can have three Cardmon on your team at a time. There are 4 cardmasters to defeat. The dialogue can be humorous at times. Like I said it is somewhat janky. But I mean janky in a charming fun way. The spawn rate in caves/mountains can be crazy sometimes. There are only 2 items to buy in shops, potions and trapcards, and you will get more than enough currency to buy them. The camera can be wonky. But I enjoyed my time with this game and recommend it for the cheap price.
Let's just start with Fugling is the GOAT Pros: hella cheap like pokemon Cons: The encounter rate is high and really annoying when you lose to a carder (trainer), it will register as you beating them anyways THE MOVE ENDURE IS BUSTED AT THE EARLY GAME (its a move like harden from pokemon but it's more like cotton guard) Also when you buff a stat the stat still stays buffed even after the fight is over (this worked for me with the move nest) Overall the game was what I expected a janky pokemon like game, if you like jank and pokemon you'll enjoy this game the play time is around 2 hours ish
a fun and motivating little homage to Pokémon. It's rather simple, but the core mechanics work well enough, it will keep you hooked until you caught and beaten them all.
I'm only recommending this game because it cost less than 1$ on sale. It's pretty simple, with only 23 monsters that do not evolve, 3 'gyms', and a bunch of bugs and text errors. If you lose against a trainer or gym leader it still counts as a win, which is actually fortunate because otherwise you'd have to grind a crazy amount. There are also some really crude NPC dialogs which are just cringe and makes me think the creator of this game is 14 years old. I 100%'d it in 3.5 hours.
Hmmm... So what can I say that hasn't previously been stated by other reviews (JadeNic/TheMeistroHasNothing/MessyPierreGaming), between them they've covered the majority of aspects, the game has 23 monsters to collect. There's no evolving of monsters, the type chart and typing aspects are somewhat minor/irrelevant (if over-leveled) the monsters aren't super interesting nor unique. However with all this in mind I enjoyed my 3 and a half hours in this game, it's nothing strenuous or overly difficult and I can only view this as intended, yes some monsters may have lower rates of appearing, which I certainly experienced (won't spoil which monsters) but again I can only imagine this is intended by the single-developer team. There are several spelling errors in the English version of this game (of which, if the Dev contacts me I will provide corrections to) but this doesn't detract from the game as a whole. It's a simplified Pokemon game with somewhat questionable writing, irrespective of th...
