Garden Galaxy

Okay, I don't remember the last time a game kept me focused as long period of time as this one did. I finished it in a two days, I just couldn't stop playing. It was so fun collecting items for my collection book, rearranging my garden and planning what to do next. In my opinion, there is nothing that needs to be changed, this game is perfect for cozy gamers like me. I bought it on sale but you should buy and play it, whether it's on sale or not.

Garden Galaxy - 5/10 Disclaimer: I would recommend this game to some, but not all - since there is no in-between option, and it wasn't a game for me, that is why I have it as a thumbs down. A somehow cozy and somehow messy sandbox idler. In Garden Galaxy, you’ll wait for visitors to arrive who will drop random tokens when clicked on. You’ll be able to spend those tokens to obtain different decorations that you can use to create and expand your own garden. The art style and gameplay are really cozy if you are using this as an idler. If you are purchasing this game as a means to decorate till your heart’s content, prepare for chaotic disappointment. There are different variations of tokens and these tokens are randomly dropped. If you’re anything like me and you obtain new decorations, you’d keep them like the hoarder you are because you fear those items might be difficult to get later. Perfection. The demo was hours of fun, and then I bought it and got so many hours more. I like that you can treat it a bit like an idle game, but also don't have to.

Incredibly cute game! I've struggled to come away from it as there's just so much to do.

Trading souls, for coins, for a flock of flamingos and a cool pinwheel.

the design and playloop of this game are charming. just chill to the nice gentle music and build your space. there's ways to control the RNG to a degree which is a very nice QOL aspect, as is the collection journal the only negative won't affect most people, but if you have hand pain then it is based around clicking and dragging. a toggle grab would be appreciated

For $10 this is a steal. I wish I had gotten this off my wish list earlier. Very cute, Simple to play and so interactive!

Fun and relaxing

Relaxing? Yes. Adorable? Definitely. About to ruin my life? You bet. This game is incredibly difficult to pull myself away from. I think the combo of freedom and randomness is what does it. There are no hard goals set by the game, only the endless targets I make for myself determined solely by vibes. I haven't been sucked in by a game like this since vampire survivors. If you have ADHD please budget your time responsibly this game has no respect for those of us with time blindness. I love it 10/10

This one was addictive for me and I have no idea why. Really, really enjoyed unlocking all the options and building a little world with each theme.
