Desert Revenant is such an amazing gem of title. A unique fun, indie feeling art style matched with an excellent gameplay experience. The story is compelling as well. I am surprised to see such a well polished title out of a Steam Early Access game. If you like RPG's and Card games, this is a MUST own.

As Desert Revenant goes into Early Access, it may not have the full roster of all the enemies and all of the playable characters, but the core experience will still be there, and any feedback about the game will be greatly appreciated, as we build and improve on the game as a community.
The sun burns your eyes, mirage hovers and shakes over the sands of Elmyr, you know that your journey will lead you to adventure and danger, the likes of which you can’t conceive.
The city of Soom has burned and now the Sultanate is waging war against the Jinn Kings, you get to choose from an array of characters to take on this journey, like the Leper and the Seer, and you must put together a deck capable of getting you through this harsh desert unscathed. The decisions you make dramatically change the storyline of the game, and the very fate of Elmyr itself. Explore a huge map and collect a massive variety of cards to do battle with as you face off against a mysterious roster of enemies and villains. Experience a game within a game, with enthralling mini puzzles to solve.
The sands of Elmyr await, do you have the brains and the brawn to survive? Or will the past repeat itself once again, and you fall into perdition.

Still far from complete, but very promising campaign and turn-based gameplay! Kudos to the developers!

I've played this game when it first came out. it was great. they've made a lot of changes and I love the new art designs and the way the game plays. If you like story telling and card games I highly recommend this game
I'm actually really enjoying myself, much more than I had anticipated. The gameplay is right on the money, everything is smooth and it feels "good" to play. It's as if Child of Light, Heroes of Might and Magic and Slay the Spire had a baby. It's pretty simple to pick up and I very much enjoy the variety of the characters, the Combatant is personally the most fun, there are times where I can just one shot enemies with some insane crits. Art definitely grew on me as well, it has a very uncommon but beautiful style, it's dark and soothing at the same time, I would like to see more of this. This is still Early access as well, so can't wait to see how it becomes on full release!
Feels very polished for an Early Access game. I really enjoy summoning creatures endlessly (My favorite feature of the game by far). It's a nice twist that isn't very common in other games of this genre. Also having NPCs give you cards that aren't from your deck is a super cool idea. I haven't tried curses yet, but looking forward to it.
Interesting and strategic game in its unique style with a great story line. Amazing characters and backgrounds! can't wait for full release !
Huge variety of spells, definitely getting this mtg vibe. Super fun to play
love this one!
Very fun game with an abundance of choices that make each run different! Death to the Jinn Kings!!!
