Jet Rush is a real blast from the past for me! I really miss those water arcade racers from the PS1/N64/PS2 era. I love the Wave Race/Splashdown games but this really reminds me of Hydro Thunder and the arcade game H2Overdrive. First thing first is, I love the art style. It's reminiscent of those old games, but really feels new and clean. Then the racing is really fun. It takes a bit of skill to control your craft over jumps, around obstacles like bombs, and around tight corners. I really enjoy the aspect where you can control the watercraft with the jumps and underwater sequences. It's fun and fresh. And the tracks are fun and can get challenging. There are other modes besides grand prix, and I like the hub area where you can just sail and chill. The music is surprisingly good, too! I don't have any negatives as the game runs and drives real smooth. The only thing I can say is so far there is not a ton of content. HOWEVER, from what I am seeing and reading, I fully expect loads more...
