My Experience Although it spent a lot of time on my wishlist, I finally tried CubeLoop recently with a co-op partner. Although I tend to enjoy co-op escape room-type experiences, something about the presentation of CubeLoop, the maze component, and the way that developer Factory Trashcension describes the game ("every mistake can cost you your life[,] and something that will hurt you more than your life.") led me to wait until a recent sale to finally pull the trigger. Although I did appreciate the minimalist philosophy of the design (upon launching the game you're unceremoniously thrown into a bare lobby with a phone in the middle to recruit allies), I found the graphics to be ugly and the maze component to be monotonous. I groaned after launching the second puzzle, as the structure was so similar to that of the tutorial. I'm still in these boring gray rooms, getting zapped with laser grids after each mistake. Unfortunately, we got stuck on this second puzzle...
