Wow, this game is BAD! Not even worth the discounted price I paid for it. I played 3 'matched' and then lost all interest, because the UI is horrendous: it registers less then 1 in 10 clicks so upgrading your 3 different types of towers to a maximum of level 3 (which the text doesn't even reflect, I thought I was just pissing away money until I noticed the towers were a little better than before) is very difficult -- but not in a good way (probably terrible coding). Refunded before I ruin my mouse by trying to click even harder... Stay away!

About This Game
In the year 4044, after countless wars and confrontations, global changes, and upheavals, the earth is not in the most attractive form, and humanity is in decline.
The remaining survivors realized that if they will continue like this, there would be no more of them as a species, so they decided to give all their efforts and create the last bastion of faith. Everything is not lost yet, but something unexpected comes from outside.
In this game, your goal is to protect the human settlement from the incoming invaders. Robots and other creatures, never seen before on our planet, are eager to profit from the last resources that are still at the disposal of the last civilization. The only thing known is that they come from another galaxy.

Its not bad concept but it is unfinished. Developers should really work on the Health bars, damage recived bars on the creeps. Also major problem is u really have to click alot so that u can select the tower and upgrade him(its really anoying and not playable). Creeps get stuck behind each other( its good coz u got extra time for the towers to finish them but its not point for a TD game). No difficulty selection , maps sudenly going dark. Its cheap to buy it now and waiting till the developers fix the problems and do some improvements in the game.
This game looked promising at first, but after actually playing it was boring and just not fun. Only 3 towers available and they only upgrade 2x before maxing. You repeat the same maps over and over again for the story and after clearing 4 or 5 maps I finally got to see a different map but the difficulty spike so hard that there was no way to beat it. Hopefully with more development they could stream line the game and add some customization options as it is a fairly good looking game and the theme works well for it. Never got to seen any of the supposed cut scenes. TLDR: Game needs a lot of work before it could be considered, so I recommend passing for now
I'm a fan of tower defense but this game is really horrible! Even at a discount this game is not worth the quality of game play to dollar ratio. Really bad game don't buy it unless it's at a 99.999% discount. Don't do it!!!
i really like the game looks promising. but i hope the update will add health bar to the enemies
Warning: Asset Flip! Faith & Shield:4044 Tower Defense is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took the Tower Defense Toolkit 4 f...
Imagine if you will, a tower defense game that, at best is made by someone who has never played one before, or at worst, simply hates them, and wants you to hate them as well. That would be this game. On the plus side, it looks pretty enough. Certainly a lot of time was spent putting together the visuals. That's the end of the plus side. Though the sounds might be for some people, as there is a lot of R2D2 beeping and booping out of the game. The downsides are many. The maps are small and confining, and also poorly designed. The first four levels or so are the same map, a small affair, the second actually has stretches where the place you can place towers are too far away from the roads to actually hit the targets much of the time. Targeting is broken, as once a tower picks a target, it seems to stick with it, even when targets nearer the exit (the setting I put all my towers on) run towards the exit. The towers, the crux of any tower defense game, are tepid and uninspiring, the...
WASTE OF MONEY
Basic tower defence game, but the locations are mostly limited, you have to utilize the locations you have and select it wiseley, first waves are challenging but after upgrading towers, other waves get simpler. But the towers should be balanced, lazer tower is most powerfull, I didnt feel like missile one is usable but, Its fun to build lazer tower at max level and see the enemies burst as stack. Cheap price for tower defence game
Cute little tower defense game for low-spec PCs. Enemies ARE damage sponges. Experimenting a bit with tower placement and type seems to help, though.
