About This Game
An abandoned chapel.
An old generator that won't start.
Someone or something else.
And not just one of them.
The hours here feel like weeks, but you have to endure it. You must find out the truth. About what? Even you don't really remember that well.
"revere" is a found footage survival horror game that takes the point and click mechanics of Five Nights at Freddy's and combines them with puzzles and minigames.
With each stage you have a different objective and a new added foe to fight.
The one thing that stays the same is that you still have to keep 'them' away. At all costs. The question is, do you have what it takes?

W game, something new and very interesting. A new style that's amazing
Quite possibly one of the most unique and original indie horror games currently present on Steam. This game is primarily inspired by FNAF (which I don't like AT ALL!), but it comes with its own charm, its own character, and what a character! The core mechanic is absolutely original as far as I know. Instead of wasting your time constantly repeating the same actions over and over again to fend off the same monsters over and over again, as in the FNAF basic formula, here you have to solve brilliantly designed puzzles and minigames, that are completely different at every single stage! Yes, of course you have to fend off some monsters, but they are WAAAAAY less aggressive than in FNAF, because the focus of the game is on puzzle solving. Furthermore, each monster requires a different strategy to be temporarily "defeated", and some are faster than others, so you have to carefully consider how much priority to give to each one of them. This game is not for everyone, it is VERY challenging. It...
Good mix between two genres and two games, fnaf and silent hill. It looks and feels indie but it gives a good creepy atmosphere and really challenging puzzles. Keep it up
im scawed
Cool atmosphere and music, challenging puzzles but interesting overall Very nice! :]
this game is honestly good, the music totally nails that creepy vibe, and the story just keeps you guessing the whole time. The puzzles are challenging but not in a frustrating way, more like it makes you to really want to solve them. If you’re bored and into horror games, check it out
The horror in this game is very good, the music, the monsters and the ambiance make you feel like you are the character in the game which creates a nice spook factor whenever you are caught. It does have some negatives like the clunky movement (which you can get used to, but it's still a turnoff when you first start playing the game) and the amount of handhold you get trough the puzzles which can take away from the horror. Overall i think it's a very well made game that branches off in a good way from the simple FNAF game formula.
I could not get paast the first area. Maybe I was overlookin somethin. Who knows? I'd like to continue but gotta get past the puzzle first. Not bad tho from the bit I've played. Gameplay Impressions: https://youtu.be/McYmz97nNH0
Very refreshing concept for the horror genre!
