its pretty good. i think the best part of the game is the absolutely wonderful artstyle. the dialog works well with the game. other then that its just a nice simple puzzle adventure game.

Definitely an experience I will cherish in my mind for a while.

I love doge but I have zero idea what I'm doing. Humorous dialogue and love the artistic feel but not very enjoyable.

A very strange and short little game full of weird dialogue. It doesn't have the most interesting gameplay, but if you like just walking around and having absurd things brought before you, you might like this game.

Piero's Pilgrimage offers a bizarre world to explore, with characters and puzzles that follow suit. While the game and its mechanics can be cryptic at times it never falls into the frustrating category. On the contrary, many of the games weird puzzles add to the charm of this even weirder world and inhabitants. Be warned though, if cryptic puzzles and disjointed (and seemingly meaningless) dialogue seem more annoying than amicable for your tastes, this may not be for you. However, for those who love a short, bizarre world to be lost in, and are eager to unravel the overall meanings and themes through said world, then consider giving this game a shot. I certainly enjoyed it, and Piero's cute little sprite certainly had me being all like, "aww, what a cute lil guy, what the heck I'll get to the end of your story you cute lil guy you!" Piero's Pilgrimage is a wonderful short game! Loved the visuals and the weird world Plowman (like the Middle English Poem) has created. The only flaw is that one of the final "puzzles" (if it can even be called that) is extremely frustrating. Spoilers: [spoiler]It's a random number guessing game. The answer changes every time you restart and even if you resort to cheating like the game suggests it still takes an unreal amount of time to find the answer. I got lucky but it felt really bad especially considering that the other two puzzles can actually be reasoned through. For example, it took me an hour and 30 minutes to finally stumble upon the number but the other two puzzles took a combined 15 minutes. It's right before the end of the game so it's technically a "progression" of difficultly but I think I would've rather had actual math problems to solve.[/spoiler] Saying all of that, I still had a lot of fun with this game and would gladly recommend it to others as the rest of it is...

Buy this game now. Amazing experience. A lot to unpack.
