About This Game

Continue Your Undead Tour

Your tour through undead New Orleans continues in this new chapter to the Tourist’s story in The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners. Hunted by the seemingly unstoppable Axeman and facing off against the Tower’s latest push for total dominance, discover what connects these new threats together before it’s too late. New faces, places, weapons and gear all await you on your journey to a final showdown for the city's fate. Do you have what it takes to survive it all?

All the great features you loved in the original The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners journey return here, refined and better than ever.
  • Face off against countless walking dead with visceral physics based combat only possible in VR with an ever expanding collection of weapons, improvised or otherwise.
  • Take on missions from different characters and factions all across NOLA, gaining resources and loot along the way.
  • Survive your way and choose how you want to handle each new deadly encounter. Be a master of melee, an expert gunslinger, a stealthy shadow, and so much more.
  • Be a Saint or Sinner. Choose to help or hinder who you like and define who you want your Tourist to be to the people of the city.

Beware The Axeman

Battle against a terrifying new foe more deadly than any walker or desperate survivor. Determined to chop you to bits, you'll need to fight with all you got or run for your life when this towering pursuer comes for you. Will you be able to solve the mystery of who this post-apocalyptic serial slasher is and put a stop to their reign of terror, or will you be just another victim on the chopping block?

New Orleans Extended

The city of New Orleans has much more for you to explore, both day and night! Find new locales and meet new locals throughout the New Orleans French Quarter, with all the loot, quests, and all the walkers you could hope to slay! Then when your morning journey is complete, prove your survival skills by jumping back on your skiff and exploring the city during the night! More loot, more undead, and more opportunities for adventure on every single map.

Help (or Hinder) the Exiles

Meet an all new faction of survivors in New Orleans. Rejected by the Tower and refusing to join the brutal Reclaimed, these men and women caught in the middle of the chaos can offer you incredible rewards if you take on their daunting tasks and help them establish their claim in this deadly place. Or you could find a way to take their resources by force, if the path of the Sinner is more appealing to you.

(DO NOT READ IF YOU WANNA AVOID SPOILERS) First of all arguably the most important thing of a game is the mechanics and the atmosphere of the world you roam in, and TWD Retribution does not do great with that, its basically the original game except the mechanics are a bit more rusted. Walker spawning's are sometimes just absurd. I have had a walker spawn right behind me at Hotel E'Claire. It is a big scare, and its stupid as hell since I walked in its place before it decided to spawn literally 6 feet behind me. And the new weapons don't even feel that good to use, especially the chainsaw to me. Now if you play a game for its story, I guess this is somewhat in your direction? There are two paths of story until the big event happens but the two paths is something that you can do at the same time. The Pawn King is a mandatory, but satisfying piece of story, it is literally how you meet the Axeman. On the other hand, a bit of a strange piece of story, the Tower rebellion. The main...

(minor character spoilers) This game is confusing. The first couple hours I spent playing it felt fine, sort of just like a continuation of aftershocks from the first game. I thought Gerik (the axeman) was really cool and somewhat mysterious the first time you meet him, and then he just sort of degenerates into a meaningless plot device for sunny's (the pawn king's) arc. its cool seeing him watch you occasionally, but the last time you see him really destroyed any sense of admiration I had for his character. I wish he was a more meaningful and apparent in the story. Honestly, the game feels like it was made for standalone headsets, not necessarily PCVR. there are some minor graphical upgrades (and a slew of downgrades) and qol adjustments as well as some new weapons etc but other than that its just a bear bones continuation of the original story. buy it on sale or in the bundle with the first game just because it rounds off the tourist as a character (also mah sawn-off sho...

BECAUSE OF THIS GAME I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SKYDANCE or SKYBOUND GAME! And it's too bad because I LOVED the first Saints & Sinners game, and this sequel seems really fun, but how can you release something so buggy to the public! I read the reviews and noted a lot of people mentioned the bugs, but some reviews said they were exagerrated so I decided to give it a try. The game froze a few times within a little time of playing, but it was upon loading the game, which is annoying but dealable. But then I encountered a crash at the end of a particular level, just a few hours into the game, which wiped my progress in that level. I thought it was a one off so I played again and had a crash at the exact same spot. I tried one more time taking different actions and...same result. It is embarrassing for a company to release a product like this, and I cannot understand how that can happen when the first game was so amazing, and this seems to use the same engine. I bought this for $8 and eve...

For now I wouldn't recommend this game. I got it really cheap as a part of a bundle. It's just the same stuff over and over again. Story is just barely there. I would call it lazy. For some reason it seems harder, possibly because zombies just spawn whenever they want to. Some maps are so lazy that you can see objects that you could usually pick up and drawers you usually open, but in some new maps you cant pick them up, they just lay there as a part of a level design. UV is ok, fighting gloves are nice, some new upgrades and unlocks, more living space, etc. If you want just more of the same then I guess it's ok.
